Janel Parrish and her husband, Chris Long, have reportedly split after several years of marriage, according to TMZ.
Sources say the couple has been separated for a few months, though neither has publicly addressed the breakup.
The news comes after fans noticed Parrish had not recently featured Long on her social media, despite previously sharing glimpses of their relationship.
The Two Became Engaged After a Year of Dating
The pair first began dating in September 2016 and quickly became serious.
Just over a year later, Parrish announced their engagement with a heartfelt post, writing, “Went to the park for a stroll with [our dog] Klee and came back with a fiancé.” She added at the time, “I get to marry my best friend and I’m over the moon. I love you @c_long.”
Long also marked milestones in their relationship online.
In one early post, he wrote, “Year one down. The happiest. Can’t wait for what’s to come @janelparrish.”
They tied the knot in 2018 in a scenic ceremony at Kualoa Ranch in Oahu, Hawaii.
The couple did not have children together.
The Two Have Been Known For Their Privacy
While Parrish has kept her personal life relatively private in recent months, Long’s Instagram still includes past photos of the two.
His most recent mention of her came about six months ago.
“Here’s to seven beautiful years with this beauty,” he wrote at the time.
Professionally, Parrish has remained busy—especially in the world of feel-good TV movies.
While many fans first knew her from “Pretty Little Liars,” she has since become a staple on the Hallmark Channel, starring in a string of romantic and holiday films.
Her recent projects include titles like “Christmas on Duty,” “Return to Office,” and “Two for Tee,” along with other fan-favorite Hallmark movies such as “Coyote Creek Christmas” and “Right in Front of Me.”
The shift has cemented her as one of the network’s recognizable leading ladies.
Before her Hallmark era, Parrish built a diverse resume with roles in shows like “The O.C.,” “Heroes,” and “Zoey 101.” She also appeared in the Netflix “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before” franchise, playing Margot Covey.
As Parrish continues to focus on her thriving acting career—particularly in the Hallmark space—her personal life appears to be entering a new chapter as well.
For now, fans are left wishing her the best as she moves forward both on and off screen.
