The ‘Three Wisest Men’ Serenade Their Hallmark Mom in the Sweetest Way

Ahead of the highly anticipated premiere of Hallmark’s “Three Wisest Men,” the guys gushed over their on-screen mom in an adorable social media post. Margaret Colin returns as the mom of the Brenner brothers, played by Tyler Hynes, Paul Campbell, and Andrew Walker.

In an Instagram post shared by Hynes on November 12, the Hallmark hunk urged everybody to “Hug your mom.” He tagged Colin and added a crown emoji next to it, signaling she’s their queen.

The Men Serenaded Margaret Colin on Her Last Day of Filming

Walker, Hynes, and Campbell recorded a song dedicated to Colin on what they noted was her last day of filming “Three Wisest Men.” Hynes played a ukulele from the back of the van and all three sang a song tailored to highlight their adoration for Colin.

In the caption, Hynes shared a teaser about the movie. He wrote, “An entirely different ending and lots of our favorite scenes didn’t make the broadcast cut of this movie because of time. It moves fast and is lovely.”

He also noted that people who joined the Hallmark stars on the recent “Christmas at Sea” cruise got to watch “Three Wisest Men,” which premieres on November 15. He revealed, “Many folks on the cruise who saw the Broadcast version that premieres Saturday on @hallmarkchannel kindly shared that this was their favourite of the films.”

So, he added, the cut created for the broadcast “must have worked.” Hynes admitted, “We can’t wait to see everyone’s reaction to both versions.” With that, he teased that the “Extended Cut” of “Three Wisest Men” will be available on Hallmark+ beginning on Sunday, November 16.

Colin & Hallmark Fans Loved the Adorable Tribute

The song the three men sang honoring Colin was a bit hit with fans, and with the queen herself. She commented on the post, “Oh my fells and my SONG!!!”

One fan who was on the cruise that Hynes referenced wrote, “I was a lucky one who got to see the ‘at sea’ premiere. It really is terrific. Looking so forward to the extended version.”

On Facebook, another fan gushed, “My 3 hotties singing their hearts out lol.”

Someone else on Facebook insisted that while “Three Wisest Men” might be the last movie in the Hallmark trilogy, “It would be such an injustice for all 3 of you, your fans and Hallmark if you did not collaborate on another assignment as you compliment each other so much and bring out the best each of you has to offer!”

That same fan added, “I absolutely love, love, love watching the 3 of you together and individually, for that matter. You are all a gift to the profession!”

  1. Those of us who bought into the Hallmark Movies and Mysteries cable never got to see this as all we get are the same reruns of Murder She Wrote, Diagnosis Murder, and Matlock. We also get the same reruns about every 4 to 6weeks of the older mystery movies. The new mystery movies do not show on what Hallmark calls their Mystery cable channel – they did not tell or warn us that we were paying for reruns.
    I got rid of it.
Haven’t been able to see any of these 3 movies because Hallmark changed the programming to reruns for Mysteries & Movies.
