Which HGTV Shows Have Been Renewed for 2026 & Which Ones Haven’t

HGTV has been busy cleaning house over the last year, canceling multiple shows in 2025 — including “Bargain Block,” “Married to Real Estate,” “Farmhouse Fixer,” and “Christina on the Coast” — while announcing a slew of new series in 2026.

But it hasn’t abandoned all of its fan-favorites. There are plenty of shows that have been renewed for new seasons in 2026, while others’ fates remain up in the air. Here’s everything we know…

HGTV Has Already Begun Airing New Seasons of Old Favorites

Several shows that got season renewals last year have begun airing on HGTV already. A whopping 19th season of David Bromstad’s “My Lottery Dream Home” kicked off new episodes on May 1, along with a third season of Jack MacBrayer’s “Zillow Gone Wild.”

A seventh season of Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt’s “100 Day Dream Home” started on March 3, “Renovation Aloha” kicked off its third season with stars Tristyn and Kamohai Kalama on March 31, and “Rock the Block” is currently airing its seventh season, which premiered on April 13.

Other 2026 HGTV Season Renewals to Air Soon

There are also a bunch of shows that have been renewed but haven’t aired yet. HGTV previously announced in March that Retta’s “Ugliest House in America” and “Scariest House in America” would return. On May 13, the network confirmed that “Scariest” will premiere a new season on September 18.

As previously reported, the network has decided to bring back “Battle on the Beach” for a fifth season — a surprise move, given that Alison Victoria previously said it had been canceled. She won’t be returning, nor will Taniya Nayak — but Ty Pennington is back as the host when the competition kicks off in June.

HGTV’s hit series “Love It or List It” with real estate agent David Visentin and his designer foe Page Turner will also return for a new season (it’s 21st!), with 12 episodes premiering on June 23.

And “Castle Impossible,” the show featuring Daphne and Ian Figueira as they restore a 500-year-old French castle, will return for its second season on May 26.

Alison Victoria’s “Sin City Rehab” has been renewed for a second season. Eight new episodes will premiere later this year after a successful first run; HGTV said the first season drew in over 11.2 million viewers. In season two, she’ll continue to navigate “make or break renovations and business decisions while building her design business.”

“The Flip-Off,” starring Tarek El Moussa, his wife Heather El Moussa and his ex-wife Christina Haack will return later this year after their first season was a massive hit for HGTV. The trio has been filming, but a premiere date hasn’t been given.

Meanwhile, HGTV’s “biggest and most highly anticipated home giveaway is turning 30,” according to a press release, which revealed that “HGTV Dream Home 2027” will be built in Park City, Utah. “Inspired by its breathtaking surroundings, this one-of-a-kind home will draw on Park City’s stunning mountain views to create a relaxing après-ski retreat for one lucky winner,” the release said.

What’s Missing From HGTV’s Season Renewals?

Mysteriously missing from HGTV’s list of series renewals? There’s been no word on the future of “Unsellable Houses” starring twin sisters Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis, nor a season renewal for Chelsea and Cole DeBoer’s “Down Home Fab.” Fans have been clamoring for updates on both series, but neither duo has shared the status of their shows.

Meanwhile, Dave and Jenny Marrs’ “Fixer to Fabulous” has not been officially renewed by the network, but the couple has posted multiple times about working on new renovations and filming reveal days, so it’s clear a new season is in the works.
