“Unsellable Houses” stars Lyndsay Lamb, 45, and Leslie Davis, 45, teased a “very special” project they’re working on with Lamb & Co., their real estate and renovation firm.
In an Instagram post from Tuesday, April 21, the HGTV stars shared that they just started working on the new project but wanted to give fans a look at the beginning stages before eventually revealing the grand finale.
Lamb and Davis shared several photos of the renovations they’re working on at a property located on Bob’s Corn & Pumpkin Farm in Snohomish, Washington. One photo showed examples of paint colors. The home designers are leaning toward a pink, washed-out teal and maroon color palette for part of the interior.

Another image showed Lyndsay showing a group of her inner circle a light fixture she used as inspiration for what to fill an empty room with.
The HGTV stars also shared a photo from the interior of a room that was filled with renovation and design supplies. They also posed for a picture with two friends at the farm.
“Back on our favorite farm this week working on something very special 🤭🌽,” the sisters captioned their Instagram post. “We can’t wait to share more about this special project with you guys! We are still in the beginning stages of renovation, but we couldn’t help but share a little teaser!!”
Fans of the HGTV pair took to the comments to support their newest project. Of course, with such a large following, fans of the “Unsellable Houses” stars expressed wanting to see them back on TV again. One fan even suggested Lamb and Davis be cast on the hit Peacock game show “Traitors.”
Lyndsay Lamb & Leslie Davis Explain How to Invest in Your Home Repairs & Designs
In a March blog post from Lamb & Co., Lamb shared the strategy she and her twin sister use to design a home they love while also still thinking like a buyer.
“The goal isn’t to make your home feel like a showroom,” Lamb suggested. “It’s to create a space that feels like you — without limiting your future options.”
Davis shared in a separate blog post from March that in order to know when to sell and when to upgrade/renovate, one must know what to look for in all areas of homeownership — whether it’s going to be you living there or someone else.
“Renovating makes sense when: your home layout works, but it feels outdated, you’re in a desirable location [and] the updates needed are mostly cosmetic (kitchen, flooring, paint),” Davis shared.
Davis continued, “In these cases, a strategic refresh can: increase your home’s value, help it sell faster (if you do decide to list later) [and] make you actually enjoy living there in the meantime.”
Although Lamb and Davis’ hit HGTV show hasn’t been picked back up after season 5 in 2024, “Unsellable Houses” hasn’t exactly been cancelled. There haven’t been indications that the show will return to HGTV just yet; however, Lamb and Davis have kept fairly quiet about their exit — and thoughts on returning — so fans could still be in for a big surprise.
