“Unsellable Houses” star Leslie Davis brings in an income from more than just HGTV. Davis’ impressive monthly salary was revealed after news of her quiet divorce from ex-husband Jacob Davis.
Leslie Davis Salary Revealed
As news of Davis’ divorce from her first husband became public, Us Weekly discovered the “Rock the Block” winner’s impressive salary.
Davis broke down her monthly income in her 2022 divorce filing, revealing she brings in approximately $16,748 per month as a real estate agent. In the documents dated March 25, 2024, and viewed by Us Weekly, Davis revealed that her then-husband was making $12,942 per month.
In the documents, the couple shared their monthly expenses, including mortgage, food, and other household expenses.
Their $6,332 mortgage payment, plus $2,750 on food for their family, and $700 on other expenses, left the exes with $12,773 from Leslie’s monthly income, and $9,717 from Jacob’s salary.
The couple—who were married for more than 20 years before their surprise divorce—also had $5,000 in a checking and savings account.
While Leslie’s stated income was earned through her real estate business, it’s unclear how much she brings in from her various HGTV series.
Leslie Davis Shocked Fans With Her Engagement News
The HGTV star shocked fans when she announced her engagement to “Rock the Block” colleague Don Reidy earlier this month.
“SURPRISE 🤭 Don popped the question during a snowy Leavenworth snowmobile ride, joined by all three of my boys, which made it even more perfect,” she shared on January 14.
Davis later explained the timeline of their relationship, as fans were curious when she divorced Jacob.
“Okay…Okay… I know what you are all saying… ‘I didn’t even know you were divorced?'” she wrote in a January 16 blog post.
“I have chosen to keep this part of my personal life private, a hard thing to do as someone with a show on HGTV. You may know my ex-husband, Jacob, my kids’ rockstar of a dad, from previous seasons of ‘Unsellable Houses’,” she continued. “He has typically chosen to stay out of the public eye. Jacob and I made the very tough but right decision for our family to part ways in 2022, allowing us to create a happy, loving, and stable home to raise our three boys. “
She ended up meeting Reidy, who worked as a carpenter on her season of “Rock the Block,” and their friendship turned into love.
