According to the source, the monarch views Harry’s upcoming return to the UK as an invaluable opportunity for the brothers to finally begin healing their relationship.
“[Charles] will want to see his sons together over time,” the source explained. “This is the best opportunity we have seen in recent years.”
It was announced in mid-August that Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, would return to the United Kingdom after six years of living in the United States. The couple has called Montecito, California their home since 2020.
In July 2026, Harry and Meghan visited Charles and his wife, Camilla Parker Bowles, at their home in Highgrove. Charles saw his grandchildren, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet for the first time in over four years.
