Angelina Pivarnick shared some heartbreaking news, revealing that she suffered a miscarriage shortly after announcing her pregnancy on the show.
During the Thursday, May 28 episode of “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation,” Pivarnick was seen sharing concerns about her pregnancy.
“I’m just not feeling myself. Some stuff’s happening with me and my pregnancy and I don’t know what’s going on and I don’t even know what to do,” Angelina said in a confessional.
She then went on to visit costar, Sammi Giancola, who is also pregnant.
“I’m spotting,” she told Giancola. “I’m wearing a pad right now.”
Giancola had also experienced a miscarriage during her fertility journey and encouraged Pivarnick to go see a doctor.
“I’m going to be honest with you, when I miscarried – like a chemical pregnancy – I was spotting right away, and then it, like, just, it happened,” Giancola explained. “So to me, I’m getting a little concerned for you. I don’t want to think the worst but for your own peace of mind, go to the ER and just check. They can see what’s going on.”
Then, in the clip teasing next week’s episode, Pivarnick confirmed the sad news.
“I woke up in the middle of the night,” she said in the short clip. “I’m actively miscarrying.”

On Thursday night, Pivarnick shared a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, writing, “All I ever wanted was a family of my own.”

Angelina Pivarnick Announced Her Pregnancy On The Show
This news comes just two weeks after Pivarnick shared that she was pregnant.
“I am pregnant!” she said during a confessional after taking a pregnancy test with Giancola by her side. “I did not think I was going to be able to get pregnant, but wow. I’m (expletive) pregnant!”
“This could be a great thing,” she added. “This could be my fairy tale, my path, my baby.”
Giancola was so happy for her, having welcomed her son with husband Justin May in August.
“I got chills,” she told Pivarnick. “I’m gonna cry for you. I knew it.”
And during that same episode, Pivarnick called the father, whom she wouldn’t name.
“So, I have some news for you,” she told him over the phone. “I am officially, definitely pregnant — we’re having a baby!”
