‘Jersey Shore’ Star Angelina Pivarnick Pregnant with Her 1st Child

Congratulations are in order!

The final season of “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” brought unexpected — and exciting — news, as Angelina Pivarnick revealed on the Thursday, May, 14, episode that she is pregnant with her first child.

While celebrating the first birthday of Mike and Lauran Sorrentino’s daughter, the reality TV star DoorDashed a pregnancy test to the party. Pivarnick initially revealed her joyful news to Sammi Giancola after she took the test in a bathroom stall of a New Jersey restaurant with Giancola by her side.

“There’s no way that it just happened naturally,” Pivarnick expressed as she read her “positive” test results.

During an intimate confessional, the “Jersey Shore” star reflected on her full-circle moment, celebrating her own “fairy tale” ending.

“I did not think I was able to get pregnant, but wow, I’m … pregnant,” she said. “This could be a great thing. This could be my fairy tale, my path, my baby.”

In the middle of the Thursday night episode, aired on MTV, Pivarnick personally shared her pregnancy news to X, where she announced, “I’m pregnant !!!! #jsfamilyvacation.” According to Us Weekly, the episode in which Pivarnick found out she is expecting was filmed in March of this year.

The reality TV star followed up with a second X post, expressing thanks to Giancola, who revealed she and her husband, Justin May, were expecting their first child in the season 9 premiere episode. “Guys secrets out !!! I’m pregnant :),” she wrote. “Thankful for @SammiSweetheart for being by my side when I found out. #jsfamilyvacation.

Although Pivarnick is aware of who the baby’s father is, whom she referred to as “John-Doe-Nor,” she joked during the season 9 premiere on May 7 that she was sleeping around in hopes of becoming pregnant.

The 39-year-old even considered using IVF, telling her “Jersey Shore” castmates that she had vials of sperm in her refrigerator for when she was ready.

Despite her backup plan, Pivarnick seemingly has a foundational relationship with her baby’s father. She gave fans a glimpse into her life with “John-Doe-Nor” by calling him after she found out she was pregnant with his child.

“So I have some news for you,” she said over the phone. “I am officially, definitely pregnant — we’re having a baby.”

Angelina Pivarnick Sets the Record Straight

Although she made it clear that she has a relationship with her baby’s father, Pivarnick emphasized on her Instagram Story that her “multiple men” comments during the season 9 “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” premiere were said in good fun — noting that anyone who truly knows her would understand she was playfully joking.

“Following last night’s episode, I want to address a moment that has clearly been misunderstood. The comments I made were intended in jest and do not reflect my real life. There are no “multiple men,” and that narrative is simply not accurate,” the reality TV star wrote, according to Us Weekly. “Anyone who truly knows me understands the kind of person I am and the values I stand by, especially when it comes to my relationships.”

After 17 fruitful years on MTV, the “Jersey Shore” cast has remained more than just a group of reality TV stars cashing in on their success. Not only have they become a family unit, but in doing so, many of the castmates have started their own families. From the Sorrentinos and their family of five, to Giancola and May welcoming their first child in 2025; Jenni Farley‘s family of four; Nicole Polizzi‘s family of five; Deena Cortese‘s family of four; Pauly D‘s relationship with his daughter, Amabella Sophia, and long-term girlfriend Nikki Hall; Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and his daughter, Ariana Sky; and Vinny Guadagnino‘s tight bond with his family circle, the “Jersey Shore” cast has created a life worth living both onscreen and offscreen.

While MTV will stop airing new seasons of “Jersey Shore” after season 9’s 18-episode run, Polizzi told Lara Spencer on Good Morning America in April that after 17 years together, the cast’s journey is certainly not over. “I consider them my brothers and sisters … It’s not over for us; we don’t know where we’re going yet … It’s bittersweet, but I feel like we still got more.”
