The “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” final season aired its premiere on Thursday, May 7, following a whirlwind of exciting new adventures in the season prior. GettyAs the premiere starts off, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola and her husband, Justin May, find out they are expecting a baby after months of in vitro fertilization (IVF).
Angelina Pivarnick says she’s ready to get pregnant and tells the girls that she’s open to IVF and has the supplies in her fridge for when she’s ready.
As Angelina talks about her IVF plans, Sammi, who became pregnant through IVF, tries not to break the news about her pregnancy to the girls.
Jenni “JWoww” Farley celebrates her 40th birthday with a party at Medieval Times.
Vinny Guadagnino questions Angelina about her love life, leading her to tell the rest of the cast that she’s hoping to have a family of her own. Snooki jokes in a confessional that Angelina and Vinny would make a beautiful baby
Angelina nearly chops off a Knight’s head at Medieval Times when she spars with the lad.
JWoww’s 40th Birthday Party
Jenni arrives to Medieval Times with her fiancé, Zack Carpinello, where Snooki greets her bestie with a big “surprise” welcome. Jenni tears up after seeing the cast waiting to celebrate her for her 40th.
Sammi immediately freezes when the cast is asked if anyone is pregnant so they can participate in a Medieval Times activity. With a long pause and many wondering eyes, Sammi looks to her husband to take the lead.
Sammi ultimately decided to tell her “Jersey Shore” cast on the spot that she and Justin are expecting. Cut to a confessional, and she shares how grateful she was to be able to share her and Justin’s baby news with her friends-turned-family early on in her pregnancy.
“The family just keeps getting bigger,” Mike excitedly says!
The cast joins together for another birthday party for the first birthday of Mike and Lauren Sorrentino‘s daughter Luna.
Sammi makes a big misstep when she accidentally reveals to Angelina the gender of her and Justin’s baby, which she intended to keep private.

Angelina creates a frenzy after she realizes she could be pregnant. After she uses DoorDash to deliver a pregnancy test to the restaurant, she rushes to the bathroom stall to take the pregnancy test.
The episode ends with Angelina calling Sammi to meet her in the bathroom to find out if she is really expecting a baby.
