Yes! Diana Ross is performing tonight for New Year’s Eve. Billboard reported on December 10 that the music legend will be featured on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest.” The outlet says she is set to perform a medley of her hits, including “I’m Coming Out” and “Upside Down.”
The outlet says the event will be “the most expansive and musically diverse telecast in the show’s 54-year history.” Billboard also quoted Ross as saying in a statement ahead of the show, “Together we begin a new year. Let’s embrace a new beginning, new opportunities, new joy – a celebration of love, where we all come together as we begin 2026.”
Who Is Performing Tonight on ‘Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve’?
Ross will anchor the show, but several more super stars are scheduled to appear. First, the official site for the show lists the team of co-hosts who will be led by the main host, longtime “American Idol” host Ryan Seacrest. The co-hosts include pop singer Rita Ora, Rob Gronkowski, “Dancing With the Stars” host Julianne Hough, and Chance the Rapper, who is also slated to perform.

Hough will be stationed in Las Vegas, alongside Gronkowski, according to her posts. Ahead of the big night, she took to her Instagram Stories to share some playful clips with the NFL legend. In one fun video, the pair practiced counting down from 10 to welcome in the New Year.
Hough also took the time to share an inspiring quote that hinted at her New Year’s Eve mindset which read, “She didn’t want an ordinary life. She wanted to slay dragons and make magic, and believe in love and miracles.” The dancer credited the account @nakedwriting for the words.
