Famous Actress Stuns After Breast Implant Revision Surgery

Denise Richards leaves little to the imagination with her bold new look after her breast implant revision surgery.

On Saturday, the โ€œReal Housewives of Beverly Hillsโ€ star attended the screening of her 1999 cult classic โ€œDrop Dead Gorgeousโ€ at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles, California.

The actress dressed to impress at the event, stepping out in a chic all-black ensemble. She rocked a black lace bodysuit-style top with a plunging neckline, accentuating her cleavage.

Richards completed her outfit with a black jacket over her shoulders, big curls, and light makeup.

โ€œAbout last night,โ€ the actress captioned the post. โ€œBig thanks to @academymuseum for letting us relive the camp and chaos of #DropDeadGorgeous on the big screen! Rebecca Leeman would be so proud.โ€

Denise Richards Flaunts Cleavage After Surgery

Richardsโ€™ stunning look comes a few days after confirming sheโ€™s had breast implant revision surgery. In an Instagram video posted on August 27, the former โ€œThe Bold and the Beautifulโ€ star opened up about her decision to undergo the procedure.

โ€œAfter over a year of struggling with issues involving my implants, I finally feel healthy and confident in my body,โ€ Richards wrote. โ€œ I had to make the decision whether to remove them completely or replace them. Please know this is simply what felt best for me at this time.โ€

Following the revision surgery, Richards said sheโ€™s โ€œfeeling pretty goodโ€ and that sheโ€™s โ€œso happyโ€ with the results. She also expressed her excitement for bikini season.

What Happened to Richards?

In January, Richards revealed that she ruptured her breast implants while competing on โ€œSpecial Forces: Worldโ€™s Toughest Testโ€ Season 3. At the time, the actress detailed the incident in an interview on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live.

โ€œI jumped off a bridge, too โ€” and that’s when I ruptured my [breast] implants โ€” off of that thing,โ€ Richards said.

Richards wanted to see a doctor at the time and make sure that itโ€™s okay for her to continue filming, especially with all the tedious tasks. Speaking with Entertainment Weekly, she explained:

โ€œI wanted to make sure I didn’t damage the hernias. I knew the implants, and that was something I knew I could still continue [with]. I was too embarrassed to even say anything about those. But it was where I had my surgery before with my hernias that I wanted to make sure.โ€

However, during the episode, she was told that her only options were to leave or stay and continue filming. “I felt like I had no choice,” Richards noted. “But I did want to stay as long as I could.”
