For more than a decade, “Live With Kelly and Mark” host Kelly Ripa has hosted a post-Oscars show honoring the night’s top winners. This year, she will once again be joined by her husband and co-host, Mark Consuelos, for a third consecutive year.
Per ABC, the former “All My Children” stars are set to take over the Dolby Theater at Ovation Hollywood. The live show airs hours after the Academy hands out its golden statuettes at the 96th annual awards show.
What can fans expect from the show? Who’s appearing? Here are all the details.
Who Will Appear on ‘Live With Kelly and Mark’ Post-Oscars Show?
ABC reports that Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, and the “Live With Kelly and Mark” staff will welcome early-bird fans after the final awards are given out. The live show airs from the same theater where the biggest names in Hollywood sat less than 24 hours prior.
Comedy star Leanne Morgan is scheduled as a guest. Others are yet to be announced.
The couple typically discusses the prior night’s winning moments, fashion standouts, and other unforgettable moments. Additionally, Ripa and Consuelos will share behind-the-scenes stories and personal anecdotes, giving viewers an insider look at the star-studded evening.
In 2025, per Decider, Ripa and Consuelos welcomed Oscars host Conan O’Brien as a guest. Others who appeared for that special “Live With Kelly and Mark” installment were frequent guest co-host, Jerry O’Connell, comedienne Nikki Glaser, and musical performances by Steve Aoki and Lil Jon.
In a February 2026 episode of the daytime talk series, the couple discussed the fan-focused event. The couple enjoys feeling the energy of the night before when bringing their show live to viewers the morning after the event.
In a YouTube clip, Consuelos revealed his excitement. “It is something to walk out on that stage the next morning right after the event happened the night before. With all the fans that have been there since three or four o’clock in the morning waiting in line. It’s a feeling like no other.”
Who is Hosting The Oscars Before ‘Live With Kelly and Mark’ airs?
This year’s Oscars are hosted by a familiar face, Conan O’Brien. The event marks his second time at the helm of the annual awards show.
“Conan delivered an unforgettable performance at ‘The Oscars,’ and we’re honored to have him and the producing team back next year,” said Craig Erwich, president of Disney Television Group, in a press release. “Conan’s unique comedic style perfectly captured the moment, and I’m excited to have his talents back onstage next year to helm another indelible performance.”
O’Brien responded, “The only reason I’m hosting the Oscars next year is that I want to hear Adrien Brody finish his speech,” said O’Brien.
The Oscars air Sunday, March 15, beginning at 7 p.m. ET on ABC and streams on Hulu.
