Zuleyka Silver Gives Behind-the-Scenes Look at ‘The Young and the Restless’
In a video posted on Instagram, the soap actress narrated her day while also writing comments. Silver starts her day with a trip to the make-up department.
The actress gave a shout-out to Jerry in the make-up department as she was getting all dolled up to be Audra. After make-up, it was time for hair to come in and do their thing.
“It takes a village, y’all,” she expressed before giving mad props to hairstylist Michelle. Next up for Silver was putting on her Audra wardrobe and then proof she was Audra ready.
On that particular day, Silver revealed she was all bruised up from jiu-jitsu, so she had to go back to make-up to get her legs covered and spray-tanned to hide the bruises.
Then it was off to run lines with her pal Courtney Hope (Sally), before they were called on-set to do blocking. Silver was in her element in the video, joking around and having fun with her co-stars, declaring, “They are used to my weirdness.”
In one moment, Silver even got Jason Thompson (Billy) to do a little dance. When it was time to film, it was all business. Although Silver smiled the entire time, making it clear she loves her job.
Silver fans gave a glimpse of her filming a scene with Hope and revealed they got it in one take and were moving on.
“It’s fast-paced, a little chaotic — but we make it work,” she wrote as part of her caption.
Lovefest Among ‘The Young and the Restless’ Stars
If fans couldn’t tell how much Silver and her co-stars enjoy each other in the video, the comments proved that Silver is no Audra.
Hope chimed in to literally tell Silver that she adores her. “Days of Our Lives” star Conner Floyd (Chad) also popped in to question why he wasn’t to narrate the video. Silver responded, “haha we need to do that again 😂 you killed it!!”
CBS soap vet Christian LeBlanc (Michael) dropped in several fire emojis to show her support for Silver.
Three years after making her debut as Audra Charles on “The Young and the Restless,” Silver had made a home on the show and bonded with her fellow co-stars.
