Taylor Swift’s team is on high alert as alleged stalker Brian Jason Wagner goes off the radar. The 45-year-old Colorado resident has allegedly gone missing despite an extensive search by the singer’s private investigator.
According to the Daily Mail, Wagner was issued a temporary restraining order in June after allegedly making threats and claiming Taylor Swift was the mother of his child. The court later extended the order through September 22 when Wagner could no longer be reached.
A declaration filed by Swift’s private investigator, Brooke Berg, alleged that Wagner refused to answer numerous calls and texts. Berg added that as of mid-September, he had not disclosed any address or location where legal papers could be delivered.
“Respondent is either transient or actively concealing his whereabouts,” Berg concluded, per the Daily Mail.

Swift’s private investigator called Wagner in August, where he allegedly refused to give his current address.
The Daily Mail also reported that during the call, the stalker said he “was supposed to live at [Swift’s] house and work for [Swift],” adding that the restraining order “ruined” his life.
He allegedly ended the call with an alarming remark, saying he “was going to have to do something about her.”
Fans React to Swift’s Missing Stalker
GettyMeanwhile, fans were quick to express their concern for Swift’s safety now that her supposed stalker is on the loose.
One fan wrote, “I’m sorry she has to worry about this. She should be able to watch her fiance play without being worried about being shot.”
Another commented, “I feel awful for her going through this. How many restraining orders does she need to get? The guy is clearly a danger, probably to other women as well as Swift.”
A worried fan wrote, “With the recent news in her life she needs to be extra careful! People are super unhinged. Be safe, please.”
Someone suggested, “If the stalker cannot be found perhaps she has to hire someone that will find him.”
Last week, Swift was escorted to Travis Kelce’s NFL game behind a portable bulletproof shield. The move came after Charlie Kirk’s tragic passing.
TMZ noted that the shield Swift used retails for about $6,000. It’s unclear why the singer decided to sneak behind the protective barrier, a far cry from her usual high-profile arrivals to Kelce’s previous games.
