She began the rest of her Instagram story with a “Hi” containing many extra “i’s,” making her excitement palpable in the post.
Continuing, Fletcher remarked that “Mom & Dad and baby girl [are] all doing good!” but joked that the family are “in the newborn trenches.” She noted that the dedication to spending time with her daughter prevented the “The Bachelor” alum from sharing a “thank you” to her fans that offered “love and wishes” to the couple and their new child.

Fletcher announced Romy’s birth in an Instagram post on Christmas Eve.
“Merry Christmas to us,” she wrote, “What a whirlwind these last couple of days have been but in the most magical way.” She continued, sharing that she had gone in for a sonogram but learned she would need to deliver her child via an emergency C-section. Fletcher revealed that Romy, whose full name is Romy Blair Rodgers, was born at 5:37 p.m.
“You are our whole world,” wrote Fletcher, concluding that she was “soaking up these moments as a new family of three plus two.” The “plus two” serves as a nod to the two dogs Fletcher and Rodgers share together.
