“90 Day Fiancé” star Loren Brovarnik is opening up about a recent health scare—and setting the record straight after days of speculation.
On Monday April 13, Brovarnik took to Instagram to share a candid update five days after undergoing surgery, explaining that the procedure was not cosmetic, despite what some assumed online.
Brovarnik Gives Fans an Update
“5-days post surgery! As promised – here’s the update,” she began, acknowledging the curiosity surrounding her recovery. She went on to clarify, “Not every surgery is necessarily cosmetic,” adding that she intentionally waited to share details until she had confirmation about her health.
Brovarnik revealed that she had a lump removed from her breast, measuring 3 cm by 2 cm.
Thankfully, she shared positive news about the outcome. “Baruch HaShem it’s all clear!” she wrote, expressing relief after receiving her results.
She also praised her doctor, noting her trust in his care. “[He] knows my body best and I trust him with my life… and he is 10000% the best of the best!” she added.
Addressing online commentary directly, Brovarnik didn’t shy away from calling out assumptions.
“Everyone claiming I had my boobs done—quite the opposite,” she wrote, urging critics to reconsider jumping to conclusions.
While she acknowledged that her health is ultimately personal, she explained why she chose to speak out. “For everyone saying it’s no one’s business to know, you are so right! But the fact is, I have nothing to hide—and I am just so relieved!”
In a follow-up video shared to her Instagram Stories, Brovarnik expanded on her experience, reiterating that not all procedures performed by plastic surgeons are cosmetic in nature.

“I am coming up to two years already since my surgery, and I loved [it], I would do it again,” she said back in August 2025 per PEOPLE. “It was the best decision I made for myself, for my kids, for my family. Like, it was such a boost.”
Now, as she recovers, Brovarnik is focused on healing and gratitude.
