Nicole Kidman’s Age-Defying Figure Sparks Cosmetic Surgery Buzz as Experts Weigh In

Nicole Kidman’s head-turning looks have, once again, sparked cosmetic surgery rumors.

The Oscar-winning actress, 59, wowed on the red carpet at the LA premiere of her latest film, “Practical Magic 2,” with fans praising her dazzling appearance.

For the event, Kidman wore a low-cut Atelier Versace gown by Pieter Mulier. The striking design featured an intricate lace neckline that highlighted the actress’ ample bust.

Kidman completed the look with a matching black lace choker, heels, and statement earrings.

Experts Weigh In on Nicole Kidman’s Cosmetic Surgery Rumors

Kidman’s latest busty display quickly sparked speculation about possible cosmetic procedures, particularly breast enhancement, according to the Daily Mail.

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Cat Begovic shared her thoughts on whether the actress may have undergone breast augmentation.

Although Begovic has never personally treated or examined Kidman, she believes the actress appears to have a “more defined cleavage and upper pole fullness.”

“They look to me to be around 225-250 cc moderate projection,” the expert told the outlet. “They are proportionate to her frame, and she looks feminine and stunning.”

This isn’t the first time Kidman has faced cosmetic surgery rumors. Last month, the “Babygirl” actress sparked plastic surgery speculation after fans noticed a change in her appearance.

In a video celebrating 150 years of Lane Cove Public School, Kidman reflected on her time at the school. But fans in the comments were more focused on the actress’ appearance, with some questioning whether she had undergone cosmetic procedures.

Kidman has since denied plastic surgery rumors, maintaining that her face is “completely natural.” However, the actress admitted that she had Botox in the past.

“No surgery for me; I did try Botox, unfortunately, but I got out of it, and now I can finally move my face again,” Kidman told British Vogue, describing the decision as an “unfortunate move.”

Nicole Kidman Accused of Using AI

Meanwhile, Kidman sported a bold look on her first-ever British Vogue cover. The actress rocked a different style from her usual self, including bleached eyebrows and an 80s-style hairstyle.

Several fans were surprised by Kidman’s dramatic look, with some asking if the photos were AI-generated. Plastic surgeon Dr. Omar Tillo explained why some think Kidman’s photos were fake.

“When people describe a face as looking ‘AI-generated,’ they are often responding to a combination of features that feel almost too polished,” he told HELLO!. “AI imagery tends to produce extremely smooth skin, very clean contours and a high degree of facial symmetry, so when we see those same characteristics in a real photograph, it can create that slightly uncanny impression.”

Tillo went to explain, “Nicole’s complexion appears exceptionally uniform, with very little of the natural skin texture, fine lines, pores, and subtle tonal variation that we subconsciously expect to see in a close-up portrait. The definition around the eyes, brows, cheekbones and jaw can also play a role. When facial contours are very crisp while the skin itself is extremely smooth, you get a contrast that is commonly associated with digitally generated faces.”
