Ryan Seacrest is looking better than ever amid rumors of a new romance.
The “American Idol” host, 51, took to Instagram on Thursday and showed off his toned physique while working out.
In the photo, Seacrest sat on an exercise bike wearing a sleeveless black shirt paired with Tetra-Lite shorts and white Hoka sneakers. The “Wheel of Fortune” host appeared to be pedaling on the stationary bike outdoors while looking down at his phone.

Seacrest’s workout outfit showcased his toned arms and legs, with fans gushing over him in the comments.
One fan wrote, “Lookin’ good, Ryan always fit as a fiddle,” while another commented, “Love the sleeveless look.”
Someone shared, “I finally joined a Gym! Thank you for inspiring me,” while a fan gushed, “I started singing ‘Hot Legs!’ in my head when you popped up.”
This isn’t the first time Seacrest has impressed his followers with his fit physique. In a November 2025 post, he gave fans a glimpse into his workout routine, including bicep curls with two large dumbbells.
Seacrest’s return to his tedious fitness routine comes almost a year after he was sidelined due to an injury, according to E! News. The “On Air” host reportedly used that time to exercise and eat better.
In 2024, Seacrest admitted that he’s “over-exercising, eating better, over-training” in the hopes of reversing some of the aging process ahead of his 50th birthday.
“I feel good because I can’t believe I’m turning 50,” Seacrest told Entertainment Tonight at the time. “I’m doing everything I can to make myself feel like I’m not 50.”

Seacrest’s latest workout post comes just days after it was reported that his whirlwind romance with Dutch model Maxime Nova is getting serious.
“He is completely besotted with her. And she feels the same about him as well,” a source told Page Six. “They are head over heels.”
The insider added that the pair have been spending as much time together as their busy schedules allow. Seacrest reportedly spared no expense, treating the model to an extravagant summer getaway.
“He just spent an absolute fortune taking her on a romantic holiday for the summer,” the insider revealed. “They make such a gorgeous-looking couple, and it’s become very serious in a short space of time.”
In June, Seacrest and Nova were spotted together in the South of France, further fueling dating rumors.
Nova was previously rumored to have dated Gigi and Bella Hadid’s father, Mohamed Hadid, after they were spotted shopping together on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills in 2022.
Meanwhile, Seacrest was previously in a serious relationship with model Audrey Page. In 2024, a source close to the couple confirmed to PEOPLE that they had called it quits.
“After three beautiful years together, Ryan and Aubrey have mutually decided to part ways,” the source added. “They plan to stay in each other’s lives as good friends and support one another’s endeavors.”
