A former “Big Brother” houseguest is getting attention after sharing a cheeky birthday post that shows off more than fans might have expected.
Hisam Goueli, who appeared on “Big Brother” 25, posted a mirror selfie in honor of his 48th birthday on Instagram, alongside a caption explaining why the celebratory update came a little late.
“I didn’t post my annual birthday photo this year because it fell during Ramadan, and it didn’t feel like the right time. Then life got busy,” he wrote. “So here it is, a month late. This is 48!”

The post continues a personal tradition he referenced from the year before. In his 47th birthday update, Goueli shared, “I rarely take pictures of myself, but I always do on my birthday to keep track of how I’m doing. Here’s 47.”
Now at 48, the “Big Brother” alum appears to be keeping that same tradition going, just with a slightly more revealing twist.
Fans filled the comments with reactions to Goueli’s post.
“Big Brother” 27 houseguest Jimmy Heagerty wrote, “Icon😍🔥,” while “Big Brother” 23 runner-up Derek Frazier joked, “Oh excuse me, is this the start of your onlyfans?”
Goueli responded to the comment with, “no one would pay for that. 😂”

The post also drew plenty of fire emojis, belated birthday wishes, and praise from followers complimenting his appearance.

He won the Power of Veto in the first two weeks, and also earned the Head of Household title in week 2 as well. He holds the record for most competitions won in the first two weeks.
Shortly after his HOH reign, his alliance members turned against him, leading to his nomination and eventual eviction in week 3. He was evicted by a unanimous 11-0 vote.
CBSOriginally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Goueli works as a doctor specializing in mental health, according to his Instagram bio. On the show, he said he worked as a geriatric physician.
