Chris Pratt & Katherine Schwarzenegger Relist $20 Million L.A. Home

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are once again looking for a buyer for their sprawling Los Angeles home.

The couple’s custom Pacific Palisades property returned to the market in August for $19.99 million, Realtor.com reported. The latest listing comes three years after Pratt and Schwarzenegger first offered the home for $32 million.

The nearly 13,000-square-foot mansion has six bedrooms and an extensive collection of amenities, offering potential buyers everything from a movie theater to spaces dedicated to health and wellness.

Chris Pratt & Katherine Schwarzenegger’s Home Is Packed With Amenities

Pratt and Schwarzenegger purchased the Pacific Palisades property for $15.6 million before building the custom home that now occupies the site, according to Realtor.com. The resulting residence was completed in 2021.

The current listing describes the property as a “one-of-a-kind architectural masterpiece” designed with an emphasis on natural light, large-scale rooms and custom finishes.

Forbes reported that the gated home includes a screening room, glass wine cellar and gym, along with an extensive wellness area featuring a spa, sauna, steam room and hot and cold plunges.

The outdoor amenities are equally extensive. The property has a saltwater swimming pool with a Baja shelf and swim jets, a hot tub and a half basketball court. A pool cabana has its own full kitchen and pizza oven.

One of the home’s most dramatic spaces is the great room, which has a soaring 50-foot ceiling and atrium skylight. The hillside property also offers views extending toward the Pacific Ocean.

The $20 Million Home First Hit the Market for $32 Million

The home’s return marks the latest chapter in Pratt and Schwarzenegger’s efforts to find a new owner.

The couple initially listed it for $32 million in July 2023. The asking price dropped to $29.99 million that October before the property’s removal from the market. It briefly returned at $32 million later that year.

In June 2024, the couple brought the mansion back with a $24.5 million asking price before taking it off the market again that October. It returned in August 2025 for $19.99 million and remained available until March 2026.

The August 2026 listing maintains that $19.99 million price, approximately $12 million below the home’s original $32 million asking price three years ago.

The property is currently listed with Shana Tavangarian and Zac Mostame of Carolwood Estates.

Chris Pratt & Katherine Schwarzenegger Are Building Another Custom Home

Pratt and Schwarzenegger have already turned their attention to another Los Angeles property.

The couple purchased a Brentwood property for $12.5 million and began plans for another custom residence there, the Los Angeles Times reported.

While work continues on their new home, Pratt and Schwarzenegger have also been living in a Montecito property rented to them by Katy Perry.

Reports of the arrangement first surfaced in June 2025. More recently, photos shared by Pratt and Schwarzenegger on Instagram in July appeared to show the couple spending time inside the property.

Their Pacific Palisades residence, meanwhile, is ready for another potential owner.

With nearly 13,000 square feet of living space, resort-style amenities and expansive views, the $19.99 million listing offers a rare look inside the custom home Pratt and Schwarzenegger built in Pacific Palisades.
