The Kardashians are famous for their lavish lifestyles, which include star-worthy homes. Although they tend to make news for snapping up pricey abodes, Kylie Jenner has decided to sell one of her properties.
“Reality TV superstar and fashion mogul Kylie Jenner has put her longtime California mansion on the market for $20.25 million—nearly 10 years after she scooped up the enormous abode for almost half that price,” according to Realtor.com. This comes after she “also listed her enormous concrete abode in the Holmby Hills for the even higher price of $48 million in December.”
That’s not to mention renovating and creating a mega-mansion, which saw her “pouring millions into transforming the 30,000-square-foot modern farmhouse in Hidden Hills,” according to the Daily Mail.
Kylie Bought the Home When She Was a Teenager
GettyThe home that Jenner has popped on the market wasn’t her first in the area. In fact, she “purchased her fourth property in Hidden Hills while still a teenager, in September 2016, for the very grown-up sum of $12.05 million,” according to Robb Report.
Indeed, Realtor.com notes that the star “purchased the sprawling 13,200-square-foot Hidden Hills dwelling for $12.05 million in late 2016, when she was just 19. It initially served as the on-screen star’s primary residence for many years.”
After buying the property, Jenner “carried out extensive renovations to her Hidden Hills starter home,” which means she’s now selling a truly enviable abode.
The Mansion Offers ‘the Ultimate California Lifestyle’
“Set on a quiet street in coveted Hidden Hills, this custom Traditional estate delivers sweeping city and pastoral views from an expansive private lot,” according to the listing held by “Million Dollar Listing” star Josh Altman, of Douglas Elliman Of California, Inc.
Spanning 13,234 square feet, the home offers 8 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, as well as “a spectacular open floor plan with a chef’s kitchen boasting dual islands that flows into a dramatic great room with walls of disappearing glass,” per the listing.
Beyond that, the listing explains that “[d]esigned for both everyday living and grand-scale entertaining, the home offers a private theater, game room with wet bar, executive office with fireplace, gym, and massage room. The luxurious primary suite is a true retreat with a sitting area, dual oversized closets, spa-like stone bath, and a private balcony overlooking the surrounding landscape.”
There is also an attached guest suite that features its own entrance, as well as a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette, a sitting area and a courtyard.
Finally, the listing notes that the “[r]esort-style grounds showcase a sparkling pool and spa, expansive covered entertaining patio with outdoor kitchen, fire pit lounge, circular driveway, six-car garage, and abundant guest parking creating a premier Hidden Hills compound built for the ultimate California lifestyle.”
