Is Hilaria Baldwin Joining ‘Dancing With the Stars’?
Baldwin’s dancing videos on social media have many wondering if she will be a “DWTS” season 34 celebrity cast member.
On August 24, Baldwin and her husband chatted with “Extra” at the USTA Foundation Opening Night Gala at the 2025 US Open.
The conversation turned to the rumors about Baldwin joining the dance competition.
“We’ve had some requests for someย ‘Dirty Dancing’ย lifts and I’ve been too scared to do that with him,” she said.
The interviewer asked, “What if you were to do theย ‘Dirty Dancing’ย lifts with a certain dance pro on a certainย ‘Dancing With the Stars,’ย which everyone seems to be manifesting?”
Baldwin didn’t confirm or deny the rumors. “I know, I’ve been enjoying all this manifesting, I see it in my comments, there’s like a lot of people manifesting,” she said. “It’s been a lot of fun manifesting, and let’s continue to manifest.”
She asked her husband, “Would you let me go and dance?” He was supportive of the idea, responding, “Well I suppose that could be arranged. I suppose I would be convinced about that if there were certain parameters in place.”
He added, “I think that I want her to have fun and this is a woman who loves to have fun. She’s a fun-seeking person and I want her to go and do anything she wants to do that would be fun.”
The actor noted that he would be on hand to cheer his wife on in the competition. “She is, by the way, a wonderful dancer … and she was a dancer, you know, around the world,” he noted. “She’s great.”
Alec & Hilaria Baldwin Recreate Iconic ‘Dirty Dancing’ Scene
On August 22, Baldwin shared a video of her and husband Alec tackling a scene from “Dirty Dancing.”
While “(I’ve Had) the Time of My Life” played, the actor traced down her arm and they shared a close moment together before she spun away and then back to him. They dancedf briefly together beore the video ended.
“Teacher is working on my dirty dancing today … last part needs some work ๐คฃ,” she wrote in the caption.
During their interview with “Extra”, the couple discussed how they might be able to perfect the “Dirty Dancing” lift. She floated the idea of trying it in the pool, so fans will need to see if that’s the next video they do.
“DWTS needs you! I doubt you want to leave NY for that long but you’d absolutely crush those dances,” one fan commented.
