Olympic gold medalist and beloved “Dancing with the Stars” Season 24 alum Simone Biles is opening up about something very personal: her decision to undergo three plastic surgeries.
Fans Learn More About Simone Biles
Biles made her confession in a TikTok video posted on October 30. In the clip, she discussed several aspects of her life. The text overlay reads, “Things you probably don’t know about me.” One of her confessions was about plastic surgery.
“I’ve had three plastic surgeries, and two of them you would never be able to tell. Take your guesses.” The surgeries that she has had are a breast augmentation, a lower blepharoplasty, and earlobe surgery. Blepharoplasty refers to a procedure on the lower eyelid, and in a comment on the post, the superstar athlete revealed she did this because she “had THE WORST eye bags & ear lobe — my earring got ripped out when I was younger,” E! News reports.
In the video, Biles also revealed other details about herself, including that gymnastics is the first and only sport she has tried and that she never did her own laundry until she moved out. “And I didn’t know how to use a dishwasher either,” she stated.
Perhaps her most shocking confession of all, though, is that she listed classic movies that she has never seen, including “The Notebook,” “Forrest Gump,” and “The Wizard of Oz.”

“I love your videos and you’re my favorite gymnast and I wanna be just like you,” a fan wrote. Another shared their thoughts, writing, “It’s okay, queen. You had slightly more important things to be doing than laundry and dishes.”
Biles’ willingness to speak so openly about her cosmetic surgeries is not surprising, given that she has been a champion for self-love. She has also previously discussed healthy body image. “I love my body because it helps with gymnastics, and it teaches younger girls to love their bodies as well,” she shared in a 2018 interview with Today. “I’ve learned to love my muscles a lot more than when I was younger, because I got made fun of a lot for them.”
