We now know the winners of “The Great Food Truck Race” season 18, after Tyler Florence officially crowned the winners. The final two teams were Nishaan and Good Fortune Company, as they fought it out in Norfolk, Virginia, to be named the winner of “The Great Food Truck Race” 2025.
Nishaan has been stellar this season, as they were often at the top of the sales list every week. However, it all comes down to how these final two days of selling work out for each team on “The Great Food Truck Race” season 18.

Nishaan on ‘The Great Food Truck Race’
One of the standout teams on season 18 has been Nishaan. With only having months as a food truck before coming on the show, they definitely shocked a lot of viewers. They have often been one of the top-selling teams each week, including last week’s record-breaking number of sales for two days of selling. NIshaan was in second place with $11,080.

Challenges in Norfolk
Day 1 of selling starts with two challenges from Tyler Florence. The teams were tasked with serving the soldiers at the Navy base. The soldiers were given $20 in USO bucks to spend at either truck. The team that earned the most USO bucks would be able to convert those USO bucks to actual money, which would be added to their till.
Tyler also added a challenge of creating a dish with a high healthy calorie count that can be served in mass quantities and is elevated. The teams had to serve that dish to three Navy chefs. The team that served the best dish would get $300 added to their till.
On Day 2 of selling, Tyler tasked the teams with one final challenge on “The Great Food Truck Race” season 18. The first challenge this season was the teams creating their signature dish for Tyler. Now, they had to create that same dish for him, but he wanted to see how much they had improved over the season. The team with the biggest improvement would get $300 for their till.
Final Results on ‘The Great Food Truck Race’ Season 18
For the challenges, Good Fortune Company won both the Navy Chef Challenge and the Signature Dish 2.0 Challenge. They got $600 added to their till. However, it all came down to sales.
The sale’s totals for this last leg of the race were:
- Nishaan – $11,149
- Good Fortune Company– $9,741
Despite Good Fortune Company winning both of the challenges, Nishaan came through with sales on these final two days, and they were named the winners of “The Great Food Truck Race” season 18, and took home the $50,000 prize.
They’ve only been a food truck for six months. However, they made it work this season and went home the big winners. So, yes, Nishaan did win “The Great Food Truck Race” 2025. What do you think of tonight’s results?
