We are in Week 6 on “Next Level Chef” Season 5. These new contestants are all competing to be named the winner of “Next Level Chef” 2026.
Tonight, the judges were making it all about protein, and things would be moving very quickly. After finding out they would be tasked with creating their own protein bowls, the chefs then found out the platform would be bringing their proteins to use, but wouldn’t be stopping for anyone! Week 6 Begins
Time for a new week and a new challenge. The chefs have arrived, so we will update as the episode airs tonight. Refresh the page for updates!
8:10 p.m. – The challenge tonight is build a protein bowl in 30 minutes. The platform is not stopping, so the chefs struggled to grab stuff tonight, and emotions are running high.
8:21 p.m. – These chefs are struggling tonight. The platform came up and down two more times, so they were able to get more ingredients for their bowls. However, I don’t think any of them are happy.
8:31 p.m. – The time has run out, so the judges have started to taste the dishes tonight.
8:44 p.m. – The judges tasted all the dishes, and the best protein bowl went to Cole, so Team Ramsay remains on the Top Level next week. Cole went from no protein and crying to winning this challenge!
8:53 p.m. – For the Elimination Cook-Off, it’s Emerson for Team Arrington (the third straight time for him) against Christian from Team Blais. They have 25 minutes to create a lovely breaded cutlet entree.

The dishes were finished, tasted, and judged. The winning chef from the Cook-Off Elimination Challenge was Christian, which means Emerson has been eliminated tonight!
