How to Watch the ‘Next Level Chef’ Finale
After weeks of challenges and battling it out on the different levels, the mentors are ready to crown the winner of “Next Level Chef” Season 5. We have one final challenge for these chefs to get through before a winner is announced.
The season finale kicks off on Thursday, May 21, 2026. The show will start at 8:00 p.m. ET on FOX.
Since this is the season finale, you would think it would be an expanded version. More territory to get through, so more time on the TV screen for us.
However, that is not the case for the “Next Level Chef” finale. It will still only be an hour long, with the winner being crowned around 9:00 p.m. ET.
Episodes will be available to stream on Hulu the next day. So, the only spot to catch the final episode of “Next Level Chef” is on FOX tonight.
How Does the Finale Work?
For this reality TV cooking competition, Gordon, Nyesha, and Richard have whittled down the chefs to the final three. Now, they will have one last chance to show the judges that they have what it takes to be named the winner.
The finale episode is titled “The Final Level.” For the final challenge, the chefs will be creating a separate dish on every level of the platform. They will be given a total of 90 minutes to create all three dishes.
However, they can divide that time up however they’d like. So, the Basement might take them longer to cook in because of the lower-quality equipment. However they want to split their time is fine, as long as they complete all three dishes in the 90 minutes.
This challenge will be all about creating the chef’s ultimate menu. These are going to be three dishes that they need to be proud to serve. They also need to be flawless and cohesive. The chefs need to present a show-stopping multi-course meal while under intense pressure.
As the season has shown us, I am sure the chefs will face some kind of twist or additional challenge as this final challenge takes place. The platform always seems to mess with them, so expect it to bring some twists their way.
