SEE: ‘Dr. Quinn’ Star Joe Lando Posts Now & Then Photos with Jane Seymour

You may enjoy watching Jane Seymour in Hallmark projects these days, but back in the ’90s, she starred on “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman” with Joe Lando. Onscreen, the two shared a sweet love story, while offscreen, they still have a special friendship.

That’s why Lando just took to Instagram to share a couple of photos of himself with Seymour.

In the first photo, the two can be seen years ago, posing together as they smile for the camera.

The second shot is more recent and shows the pair looking lovely at an outdoor event.

In the caption of the post, Lando wrote, “Me and my friend. Past and present. ❤️🤓”

Jane Recently Posted About Joe’s Birthday

Just a few days before Lando posted about Seymour, she had used social media to pop up a birthday message for him.

“Happy birthday, @therealjoelando! 🥳,” she wrote. “I feel so lucky to have shared so many years of friendship with you and to have created memories that mean more to me than I can ever express.”

Seymour went on to mention Lando’s wife, saying, “I am also grateful for the incredible Kirsten, whose friendship has become such a special part of my life. The two of you feel like family and I cherish the bond we have built over the decades.”

She finished her message by writing, “Help me wish Joe the happiest birthday! 👇 🎂”

Jane & Joe Are Still There for Each Other

Lando and Seymour are obviously more than just two actors who once worked together. They are, indeed, friends, which is why she took in Lando and his family (including his pets) in January when he lost his home in the devastating Palisades fire.

“I just wanted to let everybody know who’s been reaching out and trying to find out how things are with us here in the Palisades — the Lando family is intact, all of us and our dogs and our two birds,” Lando said in a video that he shared on Instagram.

He then mentioned his former co-star and friend, saying, “Thankfully, there are angels in this world. You know, we are left with nothing, except each other. My friend Jane Seymour allowed us to come up to her house and opened it up for us without any hesitation and, thank God, gave us some place to come and sleep and even when the fires have been all around here.”

It’s nice to know that these friends are there for each other when truly needed.
