Jessica Lowndes Hits Major Milestone with New Music
This year has been very successful for Lowdnes in her music career. Lowndes has dropped three new songs in 2026.
Her first two songs, “Through” and “Praying For Me,” were hits for Lowdnes. Last month, the singer released her third single, “Something There,” and it’s become just as popular as her first two.
By the beginning of April, Lowndes revealed “Something There” had been streamed over 1.4 million times and was still climbing. The video for her latest tune has been viewed over 1.5 million times on YouTube.
Lowndes couldn’t be happier with how well her new song is doing and thanked fans for helping “Something There” succeed. In the comments of the YouTube video, she declared, “I appreciate all of the support! You guys are the best! Thank you!!!” and “Hi! Thank you so much for all of your amazing comments! :)”
The singer also confirmed she has more new music coming out, and that’s not all she’s been working on this year.

It’s been two years since the “90210” alum has been in a movie. However, Lowndes revealed on social media that’s all changing.
In an Instagram post, she shared some behind-the-scenes moments for her latest acting gig in a carousel of photos. Not only did Lowndes give a look at life on set, but also at what it was like for her when the cameras weren’t rolling.
Lowndes didn’t reveal any specifics about the movie. There was, though, one photo of her filming, dressed in winter attire, with Christmas lights in the background. The shot indicates that Lowdnes’ new movie is a Christmas movie.
“Can’t believe this time last week we were still shooting our movie! 🎥🎬❄️ to ☀️🌊🌲✨,” she captioned the social media share.
Fans filled the comments with fire, happy, and heart emojis. One fan chimed in to say, “I listen to your music 🎶 more than I watch your movies 🎥…. But lately I’ve been doing both ! You’re so talented!”
Lowndes took to Instagram again to share that she was exhausted after filming the movie. However, it was a good kind of exhaustion and added, “Can’t wait for you to see this one!!!”
The Great American Family alum has been booked and busy. That doesn’t seem to be changing anytime soon, as Lowndes has success with her music and is back to filming movies.
