Emma Watson isn’t afraid to show off a little PDA, which is just what she did when she was spotted with her rumored boyfriend. The star “was seen kissing billionaire Mexican entrepreneur Gonzalo Hevia Baillères in an airport in new photos on Wednesday, March 4,” according to People.
“Sealed with a kiss. Emma Watson confirmed her romance with billionaire Gonzalo Hevia Baillères by sharing a passionate smooch in a Mexican airport,” Page Six also explained while adding that the “‘Harry Potter’ actress and Baillères cupped each other’s faces before leaning in to lock lips on Wednesday.”
“The pair was dressed casually for the outing, with Watson wearing a floral skirt, a gray top, a pink baseball cap and flip flops. She also carried a designer backpack,” Page Six pointed out. “Baillères wore a blue jacket, a white T-shirt, blue pants and sneakers. He also sported sunglasses and carried a black duffel bag.”
Watson & Baillères Were Also Seen Enjoying Drinks & Dinner
Along with Watson and Baillères being seen indulging in some PDA, the duo was “spotted grabbing drinks together soon after,” per People. “Other photos show the couple spending time together over dinner at an upscale restaurant.”
“The pair were reportedly first seen spending time together in Courchevel in the French Alps in late 2025, Quién reports,” People also explained. “They were then spotted in Punta Mita, a picturesque peninsula 10 miles north of Puerto Vallarta on the Mexican Pacific coast.”
Who Is Gonzalo Hevia Baillères?
Watson’s fans might be asking themselves, “who even is Gonzalo? Spoiler alert: he comes from a billion-dollar dynasty and is a pretty big deal in the Latin American business world,” according to Cosmopolitan.
“The Mexican businessman is the founder and CEO of Lok, a technology company that specializes in artificial intelligence. He also works with Chazki, a technology-driven delivery company, and Coca-Cola Femsa, the corporation behind Mexican Coke’s iconic glass bottles,” Cosmo notes.
Beyond that, “[a]side from the success of his own business endeavors, Gonzalo’s grandparents, Teresa Gual and Alberto Baillères, became incredibly wealthy thanks to their mining company, Industrias Penoles,” Cosmo explains. “They also own Grupo Bal and El Palacio de Hierro department stores, which are essentially the Mexican equivalent of Saks Fifth Ave.”
“Because of this, the Baillèreses have a combined billion-dollar net worth, making them the fourth-richest family in Mexico,” per Cosmo, and, according to Forbes, they are the 10th-richest in all of Latin America.
Cosmo adds, “According to several reports, the family’s net worth could be anywhere from $6.65 billion to $19.7 billion. While the exact amount is unclear, we do know that they’re loaded.”
