Kevin Jonas Looks Incredibly Shredded in New Workout Video Shared By Wife Danielle

Danielle Jonas shared a video in her May 15 Instagram stories that showed husband Kevin in the middle of a workout — and the Jonas Brothers guitarist is looking more than a tad shredded.

The 38-year-old is in the middle of the busiest professional stretch he’s had in years. Danielle shared the workout vid the same day Kevin released “Little Things,” his second solo single. The Jonas Brothers also just kicked off the South American leg of their JONAS20: Greetings From Your Hometown Tour at Allianz Parque Stadium in São Paulo. He debuted his new song live there to roughly 43,000 people.

“It took me 15 years to feel confident in making music on my own,” Kevin said about the lyrics to his new tune, via Just Jared. “I finally find one song, and it was everything I’d been searching for. It unlocked the sound. The search was over, and I could build on it.”

Kevin Jonas & Wife Danielle Have Been Married 16 Years

“Little Things” arrives about six months after “Changing,” his 2025 solo debut. Both were produced by Jason Evigan, the architect behind hits for Maroon 5, Dua Lipa and Madonna. The new song is openly autobiographical. Kevin has said it’s about Danielle, and the lyrics, complete with a winking reference to “steaming up the shower,” tread into the kind of spicy territory most pop songs avoid.

Kevin and Danielle will celebrate 17 years of marriage in December. They met in 2007 in the Bahamas, while their families were vacationing separately at the same resort. Danielle was a hairdresser in New Jersey; Kevin was deep into the “Camp Rock” era. They married at Oheka Castle on Long Island in 2009 and let E! cameras into their lives for two seasons of “Married to Jonas” starting in 2012. They share two daughters together, Alena Rose and Valentina Angelina.

In the fall of 2025, the couple weathered an emotionally difficult stretch when Danielle disclosed she had been diagnosed with Lyme disease, which she said she first suspected after experiencing hair loss. Kevin has been pointedly protective and supportive in the months since.

“I’m more attracted to her today than I was yesterday and I’m more in love with her than I was yesterday,” Kevin told People magazine about his marriage. “A lot of people get married early and can grow apart because they become new people. I think what was really cool is we both found out who we were as individuals while we were growing and just fell more and more in love with each other.”

Kevin Has a Busy Summer Ahead

Kevin’s solo career is just one plate he has spinning in the air currently. The eldest Jonas brother also co-hosts ABC’s “Claim to Fame” with his youngest brother, Frankie, and has co-written two children’s books with Danielle — “There’s a Beach in My Bedroom” and “There’s a Rock Concert in My Bedroom.”

Bigger projects are coming up for the Jonas Brothers, as well. “Camp Rock 3” is officially in development at the Disney Channel, with the original cast returning. It’s a sequel that has been rumored for the better part of a decade now.

Perhaps what’s most notable about this stretch for Kevin isn’t his newly-buff physique or his new single. It may be that that Kevin, long viewed as the older brother and the businessman of the group, is doing something his younger brothers Nick and Joe did years ago: He’s building a public identity outside of the band. It’ll be fascinating to see what else he has in store.
