Kate Hudson, 46, not only slays chic fashion choices while on the red carpet, but she also looks stylish when she’s spending time at home. That’s just what she did recently when she posed for a photo at her enviable abode in a bikini.
The actress took to Instagram on Friday, February 27, to share a collection of stunning shots. Flip to the second pic and you’ll see the star standing beside her pool in a two-piece swimsuit in an icy cool color that PPG (via MatchMyPaintColor.com) calls “electric blue.”
Hudson’s followers loved the look, with one person leaving a comment, saying, “Looking divine Katie!!!”
“I can not take the gorgeousness,” came from another fan.
A third person wrote, “Lovely 💙💙💙”
Kate Hudson Has Shared Bikini Pics in the Past
Hudson likes to soak up the sun and often does so while wearing a sizzling swimsuit. For instance, on August 20, 2024, the actress shared photos of herself in a vibrant animal print bikini. In the caption, she wrote, “What happens in Vegas, ends up on Instagram? 🤷♀️💃☀️ Quick and fun road trip stop over 🎰”
That’s not to mention her August 1, 2024, gallery post that saw the star in a light blue biniki, a red bikini and a dark purple bikini. Unsurprisingly, she looked amazing in all of them.
Those photos were shared after her July 27, 2024, post that showed Hudson in a black string bikini that was just as sleek as her other swimwear.
Kate Hudson Has Opened Up About Confidence
GettyHudson may come across as a confident woman when she posts bikini photos of herself, and that’s, in part, because she’s had empowering support in the past.
“I was just talking about empowerment today because I overheard someone say, ‘Oh, I don’t like the word empower, because it means that someone else has to do it for you.’ I was like, I get that, I can understand that feeling,“ she told Glamour in February 2025. “I’ve had moments where I’ve empowered myself, but there’s also moments that I couldn’t have had the confidence to do something if I didn’t feel like I was being empowered by someone who gave me the courage, or validated something that might have been a fear of mine.”
Hudson went on to talk about offering empowering support, saying, “You might make the difference to someone who needs that confidence and that encouragement. I know I’ve had many of those… I look back at that and I think, I was so lucky to have women that actually propelled me forward.”
