Reese Witherspoon‘s former vacation home in Malibu has hit the market for just under $9.3 million — $9.275 million to be exact. Currently the home of YouTuber Cody Ko, the abode is located in the foothills above Zuma Beach, according to Robb Report.
Ko — whose full name is Cody Kolodziejzyk — bought the home in 2023, paying $7.7 million for the property. He and his wife, influencer Kelsey Kreppel — who were married that same year and just announced via People that they are expecting their second baby together — purchased the home “from Meg Haney, the daughter of Chattanooga real estate billionaire Franklin Haney and the younger sister of a noted fashion designer who was Witherspoon’s onetime stylist,” per Robb Report. “Haney paid the Oscar-winning Walk the Line actress and her ex-husband, Jim Toth, $6.7 million for the place in 2020.”
The Idyllic Home Is Called Cranberry Farm
Deemed Cranberry Farm, according to the listing from Sandro Dazzan and Billy Rose of The Agency, the property is “a serene 1.86-acre estate in one of Malibu’s most idyllic settings.” Beyond that, it “offers unparalleled privacy and luxury.”
Found at the end of a “long private driveway,” the “secluded compound” includes a three-bedroom main residence, which was built in 1950.
Featuring heated hardwood floors throughout the home, the new residents will also be able to enjoy the fact that there is a “gourmet kitchen boasting rainbow onyx counters and top-tier appliances,” and “sun-drenched living areas with a fireplace,” not to mention the “lavish primary suite opening to lush grounds with a spa-like bath including a soaking tub, marble shower, and custom concrete double vanity. “
The Property Also Features a Barn & Other Perks
That’s not all that the desirable home has to offer. For instance, it boasts its own recording studio. There is also a detached all-glass gym that overlooks the property and includes an outdoor sauna, cold plunge and hot tub.
Beyond that, there is an Airstream used as guest quarters, horse stables, a riding area, a chicken coop, a bocce ball court, a four-car garage and “expansive landscaped grounds with plentiful grassy lawns,” according to the listing.
That’s not to mention the fact that the property also includes “a versatile repurposed barn ideal for everyday living or entertaining, complete with soaring ceilings, a billiards area, open kitchen with oversized island, bar, lounging and media spaces, plus a peaceful loft bedroom with treetop views and ensuite bath.”
