Bethenny Frankel appears to be settling into a new relationship, and this time, it looks different. The former “Real Housewives of New York City” star is reportedly dating and have already been spotted together at a high-profile event.
Frankel is seeing Shane L. Campbell, a senior managing director at FTI Consulting, according to the firm’s official profile. The pair made their first public appearance at the Global Champions Arabians Tour in Miami Beach, where an eyewitness said they stayed close most of the night, talking and laughing in the VIP area.

Frankel, 55, wore a fitted light pink dress for the outing, while Campbell showed up in a navy blazer, sneakers, and dark pants, and at one point, she was even seen wearing his blazer, according to the report.

Frankel has also been sharing more about her dating life on Instagram, offering a clearer picture of what she now looks for in a partner and how her approach has changed.
“There are still amazing men out there,” Bethenny Frankel told her followers. “Do not settle. Do not accept breadcrumbs,” she said in a video posted on Instagram on April 12.
In the same video, she said she is now focused on effort and consistency. She added, “A man has to have a plan to move the ball forward and show you exactly how they feel about you,” as she described wanting clarity and intention in a relationship.
Frankel also recalled reconnecting with a man months after initially cutting things off, saying he later drove “an hour and a half” to see her, which led to a “five-hour date” and several more planned outings.
The timing also aligns with her move into the dating space. Frankel recently launched a dating concept called “The Core”, which she described as “a society of intention,” focused on helping people build meaningful connections. The platform includes curated experiences aimed at people looking for long-term relationships.
