Denise Richards Shares Heartfelt Message to Fans Amid Divorce

Denise Richards is thanking fans for their support during her divorce from Aaron Phypers. The former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star shared a heartfelt video on X to say, “I was just checking in to see how your summer’s been going.”

She added with a cheeky grin, “Mine’s been wonderful … it’s actually been [expletive]. I’m going to pretend like it’s all good.”

Richards said that she had been posting content on Instagram, acting like everything was fine in her life, but she can no longer do so.

“Many of you have been so kind and so supportive of me that I see all of your messages … I just wanted to say in all seriousness that this has been a very, very, very difficult time,” the actor said.

The “Wild Things” actor added, “So hard going through a divorce. Many of you have gone through that. This isn’t my first one, it’s my second one. And I never thought that I’d get divorced again.”

“I really just wanted to say, thank you so much for all of your supportive, kind, thoughtful, encouraging messages … there’s circumstances around my divorce that are difficult to talk about, which one day, I will talk about it when the time is right. I just want to process everything and get through this,” Richards said.

Richards revealed that she also wanted to share her experience going through reconstructive surgery after rupturing her breast implant on “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test,” but felt it was “inappropriate” to do so amid her divorce.

She concluded her video with, “It makes me want to cry seeing your messages because this is a very difficult time, and you guys are all helping me through it. So thank you, thank you, thank you. Lots of love.”

Richards Received Support From Her Fellow Bravolebrities

Following news of Richards’ divorce from Phypers, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum, Cynthia Bailey, told People, “I love Denise. I’m heartbroken about that.”

She continued, “I hate that, you know … that she’s been dealing with that in her relationship. She is a friend of mine, and I’m rooting for her and praying for her, and I’m very supportive of her. I love her and she’s great.”

At the time of the interview, Bailey revealed that she hadn’t spoken to Richards yet, but she added, “I wanted to give her some space and some time, I’m sure all these problems are blowing up but we’ll talk.”

Richards’ former castmate Teddi Mellencamp also lent her support on her podcast, “Diamonds in the Rough.”

“He’s asking for spousal support. She’s a working mom. Come on, man, don’t do this!” the mom of three stated.

A fan shared on X, “You’re iconic. You’re beautiful! You’re a talented actress. You’re a good person. Sending you love and light to carry you through this difficult time. You will come through this better than ever. You’re stronger than you know.”
