Erin Lichy responded to fans who questioned a TikTok video of her holding her newborn son, Jack.
In April 2025, “The Real Housewives of New York City” star made waves when she shared a clip that showed how she was multitasking amid new motherhood. In the 8-second video, Lichy mixed up a martini while holding Jack in her other arm, causing some fans to question if the baby’s head was fully supported.
Lichy and her husband Abe share four children together: baby Jack, sons Levi, 10, and Elijah, 4, and daughter Layla, 7.
Erin Lichy Reminded Fans That This Is Her 4th Baby
In the TikTok clip, Lichy, 37, was seen mouthing the lyrics to the Diamond DonDada song “She’s Back,” as she shook a martini shaker while holding her baby. The RHONY star also captioned her post, “She’s backkkkkk.”
Fans reacted to question if the baby’s head and neck were fully supported as Lichy held him.
“Hello the NECK?!” one TikTok follower wrote.
“So, about the baby’s neck support…, ”another added.
“The poor baby’s head!” a third chimed in.
Lichy responded with, “Looks worse than it is promise lol.”
After another fan defended Lichy, noting that, “It’s the 4th child he’ll survive, she’s done this plenty.”
Lichy chimed in with, “Also HIS HEAD WAS SUPPORTED. was leaning down a little but like calm your [expletive] it was a 5 second video.”
The Bravo TV personality also posted to her Instagram story to admit that she knew she would get clapback over the video. She also reminded fans that Jack is her fourth child, and she knows how to hold a baby.
Lichy has since shared other TikToks and photos in which she is holding her baby and supporting his head.

On March 30, Lichy posted to Instagram to announce the arrival of her fourth child, Jack Hunter.
Soon after, she posted a video to talk about her baby boy’s bris, which was his first religious milestone. According to Parents magazine, a bris is a traditional Jewish circumcision party that marks the circumcision of a baby boy on the eighth day after his birth.
Lichy’s bris for baby Jack was held at Oases Café in New York City, according to BravoTV.com. Photos shared from the event showed that “Real Housewives of New York City” co-stars Sai De Silva and Racquel Chevremont were both were in attendance, as was “Summer House” star Lindsay Hubbard.
