The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” has been on pause since August 2024. At the time, the cast was divided into two groups that refused to film together, creating a nightmare for the Bravo production team. Now, after months of rumors, they are finally nearly ready to pick up the cameras again.
According to a report by OK! Magazine, it may be Margaret Josephs who ends up front and center for Season 15 of RHONJ.

Since Margaret Josephs, Dolores Catania, and Melissa Gorga have been confirmed to attend, it is assumed that they will return to RHONJ. A recent report also claimed that Bravo wants to focus on humor, and Margaret’s quick wit may allow her to steal more of the spotlight.
An insider told OK! Magazine, “There always has to be a ‘star’ of the show. Bravo has decided to pursue building the show around Margaret as the main character for the time being. Dolores Catania and Melissa are both close with Margaret, so that part is aligned.”
The insider continued, “Marge isn’t scared to be dramatic, but she’s also funny. Additionally, she’s always been open with her life and doesn’t hide things. She truly embodies everything a ‘Real Housewife’ has always meant to be.”
Test Footage for RHONJ Has Already Been Filmed
BravoWhile RHONJ is expected to bring back a few familiar faces, they also want fresh blood to stir things up.
“Production will also bring in some new blood to add both fun and drama,” the source says. “It’s definitely going to be a funny, fresh, and entertaining season of RHONJ when the dust settles. Those who were fearful that RHONJ would not return can definitely rest easy, as it is absolutely coming back.”
It was also previously reported that all three ladies have been seen out and about filming test footage with potential cast additions to see if the chemistry clicks. The one person who hasn’t been spotted filming is Teresa Giudice.
