“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice has openly discussed the possibility of splitting her time between New Jersey and Florida, and that idea has not gone away. During BravoCon 2025, Teresa explained that changes within her family have kept the Sunshine State firmly on her radar, even as she continues to maintain strong ties to New Jersey.
Teresa Giudice Discusses a Possible Florida Move
Talking to Bravo’s “The Daily Dish” during BravoCon 2025, Teresa shared that Florida remains an appealing option, especially as her household continues to change. Her eldest daughter, Gia Giudice, is now living in Jersey City while starring on “Next Gen NYC,” while Milania Giudice is currently enrolled at the University of Tampa.
With only her youngest daughter, Audriana Giudice, still living at home full time, Teresa acknowledged that her Montville house may eventually feel too large.
“Well, Audriana wants to go to college in Florida … and Milania is in Florida, [and] I hate the cold weather,” Teresa said. “I mean, I love Jersey, but not in the winter.”
Teresa added that she is considering a “half and half” lifestyle once Audriana finishes high school.
“Now it’s only four of us in our house … and it’s a huge house,” she explained. “So, we’ll see what happens. Like when Audriana moves out and goes to college, you know?”
She also confirmed that Gabriella Giudice continues her studies at the University of Michigan.
BravoCon Panel Fuels Miami Speculation
During BravoCon 2025’s Passing the Bravo Torch panel on Nov. 14, fans asked Teresa and “The Real Housewives of Miami” star Alexia Nepola how they would do on each other’s shows. Alexia said Teresa would “totally fit in Miami,” prompting Teresa to respond, “I think I’d rather go to Miami.”
“I would love that,” Teresa continued, once again pointing to a move happening after Audriana graduates high school. “So, we’ll see what happens.”
The idea is not new. In a July 2024 interview with “The Daily Dish,” Teresa revealed that she and her husband, Luis “Louie” Ruelas, had already started looking at properties in warmer climates.
“We’re looking at properties now,” Teresa said at the time. “When Audriana’s done with high school, then we’re going to do six months and six months. Like, six months in Jersey, and then six months wherever we pick.”
Family Reconciliation Comes as Teresa Looks Ahead
As Teresa considers her future living arrangements, she has also taken steps to repair family relationships in New Jersey. Over Christmas, Teresa reunited with her brother Joe Gorga, and his wife, Melissa, after years of tension that contributed to “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” being put on pause.
The families first met in November to begin moving forward. “The conversation was about moving forward from the show drama,” a source told the outlet.
“For me to do this, it’s real,” Teresa told Us Weekly. “Everybody should want family to be together.”
She added that it was important for her children to see that progress. “I want to show America that we could be united,” Teresa said. “I want to show our children that too.”
Gia echoed that sentiment, telling the same outlet she was excited to rebuild her relationship with her uncle. “It’s refreshing,” Gia said. “It’s like a weight lifted off of my chest.”

All talk. She probably can’t own two residences unless she works her way in the housewives . I’m done with that show if she connives her way in.
