Tracy Tutor is no stranger to Bravo, but viewers are about to see the luxury real estate powerhouse in an entirely different setting.
Bravo confirmed on Aug. 19 that the longtime “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” star will join “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” for Season 16. The move gives Tutor a diamond after years of existing just outside the RHOBH circle, with friendships, professional ties and even a little history with several familiar faces.
So, who exactly is Tracy Tutor? Here are seven things to know before her Beverly Hills chapter begins.
1. Tracy Tutor Made History on ‘Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles’
Tutor joined “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” in Season 10, becoming the show’s first female real estate agent.
She quickly became a fixture on the series, balancing multimillion-dollar deals with an equally candid look at her personal life. Long before RHOBH came calling, Bravo viewers already knew Tutor as someone who was rarely afraid to say exactly what she was thinking.
2. Real Estate Is Much More Than a Reality TV Storyline
Tutor has built a career in luxury real estate and is licensed in both California and Texas. In recent years, she has expanded her business beyond Los Angeles and began splitting her time between California and Dallas.
She is also an author. Tutor released “Fear Is Just a Four-Letter Word: How to Develop the Unstoppable Confidence to Own Any Room” in 2020.
3. She Is a Mom of Two
Away from work, Tutor is mom to daughters Juliet and Scarlett, whom she shares with ex-husband Jason Maltas.
Her daughters have been part of her story throughout her years on MDLLA, giving viewers a look at Tutor’s life beyond open houses, negotiations and high-end listings.
4. Tracy Tutor Was Married for 13 Years
Tutor was married to Maltas for 13 years before filing for divorce in 2018.
She later dated personal trainer Erik Anderson beginning in 2020. The couple eventually split in 2023, though they remained on supportive terms afterward.
Tutor has since been open about navigating life as a single woman and, according to Bravo, has recently been reevaluating some of her dating decisions while looking for a serious relationship.
5. She Already Knows Plenty of People in the RHOBH World
Tutor will not exactly be walking into a room full of strangers.
She has a longtime friendship with Mauricio Umansky and has previously spoken warmly about his family dynamic with estranged wife Kyle Richards. Tutor has also discussed knowing former RHOBH cast members Garcelle Beauvais and Crystal Kung Minkoff.
And her Bravo connections extend well beyond Beverly Hills. Tutor has remained especially close with former MDLLA castmate Josh Flagg, whose friendship with Tutor has continued off-camera.
6. She and Dorit Kemsley Already Have Some History
This could be one of the more interesting relationships to watch when Tutor arrives on RHOBH.
In March 2025, Tutor publicly alleged that Dorit Kemsley did not pay certain bills and specifically discussed a hairstylist they had both worked with. Dorit strongly disputed Tutor’s version of events during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen,” calling the claims “hysterical” and explaining that there had been an invoicing dispute.
The two had seemingly been on good terms before that disagreement, making their reunion in the RHOBH universe especially noteworthy.
7. She Is Officially Bringing Her Life to RHOBH
Tutor confirmed her new chapter with an Instagram post following Bravo’s Season 16 announcement.
“Beverly Hills is home. I’ve raised my girls here, built my career here, and now apparently I’ve decided to let you all even further into my life,” she wrote, adding that she was excited, a little nervous and likely to “get into some trouble.”
For longtime Bravo viewers, Tutor’s move feels less like an introduction than an expansion. Fans already know her career, personality and willingness to speak her mind. Now they’ll get to see what happens when she brings all of it into the RHOBH group.
