Paris Hilton is celebrating her birthday today, Tuesday, February 17, and is turning 45 years old. To mark the special occasion, the reality TV star hopped onto social media and shared photos and a video of herself in a chic bikini.
Taking to Instagram to pop up her post, Hilton could be seen wearing the white two-piece swimsuit as well as a matching hat and sunglasses while carrying around a large pink inflatable.
She also added a message in the caption, writing, “Birthday in paradise with @ParivieBeauty 🎂🥰💫🏝♒️”

When Hilton shared her bikini post, her social media followers responded by leaving her plenty of birthday messages.
“Happy Birthday, gorgeous 💕,” one person wrote in the comments.
Another person added a message, saying, “Enjoy every last second. love you!! 🩷”
“Happy birthday icon 🎂🩷 love you sm 💖,” a third follower wrote.
Someone else left a comment, saying, “Happy birthday, bud. Looks like a good one.”
Paris Hilton Has Opened Up About Aging & Plastic Surgery
GettyWhen it comes to aging, Hilton opened up during an interview with the “Zach Sang Show” in November 2024 and revealed that she hasn’t had any surgery along the way.
“I feel really proud that I’m all natural,” she said. “I’ve stayed out of the sun. I’ve never done any Botox, injectables, no surgery, nothing.”
Hilton also told New You magazine (via Page Six), “I’ve never done any [plastic surgery] in my life.”
“I am very lucky that I listened to my mom through my young age,” she noted. “She told me to stay away from the sun, so my friends would be frying in the sun every day and now they all look much older and all have Botox.”
GettyShe added, “I even asked my dermatologist if I should do [Botox], and he’s like ‘I refuse to do it to you … your skin is so perfect. I will not do it to you until you need it, and I don’t know if you ever will.’”
“I have nothing against it; all my friends have done everything — boobs, nose, chin, cheeks,” she noted. “I live in Hollywood, so I’m used to seeing it. It’s just that I’ve never wanted to do it.”
Instead, Hilton has set up a special spa — or “wellness center” — at the home she shares with her husband, Carter Reum, and told People in April 2023, “We go to the wellness center and do treatments.”
Calling it the “sliving spa,” it features facial machines, a red light therapy bed and cryotherapy. Hilton explained, “It’s like having the fountain of youth at your house.”
