Paris Hilton Joins the See-Through Style Trend in a Sheer Black Dress: PHOTOS

There’s no doubt that Paris Hilton is savvy when it comes to current style trends. That’s surely why she showed up in a sheer dress while attending the 2025 LACMA Art+Film Gala presented by Gucci at Los Angeles County Museum of Art on November 1.

A look that’s been embraced by fellow stars like Jenna Ortega and Dakota Johnson, Paris opted for a black lace sheer gown that boasted a full-length design that touched her feet and long sleeves that stretched down over her hands. She also slipped a nude bodysuit on underneath her dress and popped on a pair of black high heels.

Wearing her hair down and a piece of lace as a choker around her neck, she also slayed a large ring as well as a pair of thick bracelets and diamond earrings. Paris finished things off with just enough makeup to enhance the look.

Paris’ husband, Carter Reum, also attended the event and opted for a classic tux.

“The see through fashion done right! She looks sensational,” one person wrote.

Someone else left a admiring comment, writing, “Exquisite class. Exquisite elegance. Simplicity at its finest.”

Paris Acknowledges Her Style Evolution

While Paris is obviously willing to follow popular trends like the sheer dress style, she’s also a trendsetter whose tastes have evolved over the years.

In January 2022, she was asked by Forbes, “What helped define your style evolution throughout the years, from pink rhinestones to Juicy Couture tracksuits? What has been the driving force behind your fashion taste?”

“For me, when I first started in the industry, I didn’t even have a stylist,” she noted. “Those were all my own looks people are recreating. People being inspired by it is really awesome.”

“My looks have definitely changed,” she added. “I used to be more like a raver Barbie, now I’m a wife. It’s a bit more sophisticated and elegant.”
