In just one month, 18 all-new castaways will join in on the ultimate game of survival for the chance to win a $1 million grand prize and the title of “Sole Survivor” as they compete on “Survivor 49.” The newest installment of the Emmy-winning reality competition series is set to make its grand two-hour debut on CBS, Wednesday, September 24 at 8:00pm ET.
On Wednesday, August 10, CBS released the official cast list for the upcoming season, giving fans across the country their first look at the series’ newest batch of players to outwit, outplay and outlast as they kick off the adventure of a lifetime on Fiji’s Mamanuca Islands.

While the recent reveal will serve as the first page in the history of “Survivor’s” newest players, longtime host Jeff Probst previously revealed that two members from the cast also appeared on the cast of “Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans,” set to air on CBS in February 2026.
