Taylor Swift is once again proving she’s her fiancé Travis Kelce’s biggest supporter — even if she does it quietly. The pop superstar reportedly attended Sunday’s Kansas City Chiefs vs. Baltimore Ravens matchup at Arrowhead Stadium, cheering on Kelce from behind the scenes.
Taylor Swift Makes Another Secret Appearance at Arrowhead
Although she wasn’t shown on the NFL broadcast, People confirmed her attendance. Fans spotted Swift’s family members, including her father, Scott Swift—who was wearing one of Kelce’s new hats from his American Eagle collaboration—and her brother, Austin Swift, sitting with Kelce’s mother, Donna Kelce. The Chiefs went on to secure a 37–20 win over the Ravens.
For the second time this season, Swift slipped into Arrowhead Stadium without being seen at all. At the Chiefs’ home opener against the Philadelphia Eagles on September 14, she was seen sneaking in behind a large divider, shielded from cameras.
Observant fans recognized one of her longtime security guards walking alongside the barrier and quickly concluded it was her.
Although the Chiefs fell to the Philadelphia Eagles in a 20–17 loss, Swift and Kelce still found time to celebrate afterward. The couple joined teammate Patrick Mahomes for his 30th birthday, where country star Kane Brown and his wife, Katelyn Brown, snapped a photo with Swift, Kelce, the birthday quarterback, and his wife, Brittany Mahomes.
Her low-key entrances this season are a noticeable shift from the singer’s past high-profile game-day appearances.
In August, Swift and Kelce revealed their engagement in a joint Instagram post, captioning the photos, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨.”
Why Is Swift Keeping a Low Profile? Fans and Experts Weigh In
Swift’s secret entrances have sparked plenty of fan theories. Some believe she’s hiding her look until the October 3 release of her highly anticipated new album, “The Life of a Showgirl.”
Others speculated she might be protecting a pregnancy. However, sources close to Swift have suggested security is the real concern.
“If she is going to a place that isn’t Arrowhead, there are security concerns,” an insider told Page Six in 2024. “She has worked with Arrowhead so many times, they feel at ease and comfortable. Going to all kinds of different stadiums, you need to send a team in advance.”
Even at Arrowhead, it seems Swift and her team are taking no chances this season. Her latest secret appearance comes just one day after she attended Selena Gomez’s wedding to Benny Blanco in Santa Barbara, where she reportedly delivered a heartfelt speech at the reception.
