After Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce announced their engagement on August 26 in a shared Instagram post, the couple is reportedly looking to settle down in a permanent home.
A source told Us Weekly on August 27 that while Swift and Kelce haven’t decided on the location, they’re looking at different options.
“They aren’t 100 percent sure where they will plant roots, so that’s why they have been looking around,” the insider revealed.
Page Six reported that Swift and Kelce were spotted eyeing a house in Ohio, where the Kansas City Chiefs tight end hails from.
According to the outlet, the $18 million estate comes complete with a music studio that’s perfect for the “Bad Blood” singer.
The sprawling mansion, which sits on over 61 acres, features six bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, as well as a wine cellar, pool, and outdoor kitchen.
Swift & Kelce Subtly Confirmed That They Were Living Together
During Swift’s August 13 appearance on “New Heights,” she and Kelce dropped some major clues that they have been living together.
During the two-hour episode, Swift revealed that she often hears Kelce recording “New Heights” at his house.
“I like New News just because of the screaming. I hear him screaming, ‘New News,’ from across the house constantly. It’s my favorite part. He’ll be like, ‘New News, New News,’ and I’m in the kitchen being like, ‘New News.’ So I love that because of just the bellowing of it,” she said.
Kelce later said, “It’s been so fun to see what Taylor actually gets into around the house.” Swift added, “I love to cook. I have a different baking obsession every six months.”
She shared, “He asked me to send him two loaves of sourdough at training camp. I’m like wrapping sourdough loaves in like Saran Wrap or cling film. The sourdough has taken over my life in a huge way.”
Swift & Kelce See Kids in Their Future
Swift and Kelce may not just hear the sound of wedding bells in the near future, but also the pitter-patter of little feet.
“They absolutely want a family. Their dream is to have kids,” an insider told Us Weekly. The source revealed that Swift and Kelce plan to have kids soon, adding, “She’s in a great space in her career, and with her success, she can take some time away.”
Swift is gearing up to release her 12th studio album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” on October 3.
