While Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce plan their dream wedding, they’re also getting in some rest and relaxation.
This month, the couple traveled to Europe for an exciting romantic getaway. They were spotted holding hands in London, clearly enamored with one another.
Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce Traveled to Europe For a Wedding
Kansas City Chiefs defensive end George Karlaftis and his fiancée, Kaia Harris, were married in a beautiful Greek ceremony. Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were in attendance and also went to the elaborate after-party at One&Only Aesthesis.
The Huffington Post reported that the couple maintained a low profile to keep the focus on the newlyweds. Security was also very tight and required guests to power down and surrender their phones.
“Kelce and Swift are one of the most talked-about couples internationally, and their presence in Athens gave the wedding weekend a sparkle that could hardly have gone unnoticed, if it weren’t for everyone’s decision to respect the privacy of the evening,” the Huffington Post wrote.
Taylor and Travis danced, ate, and overwhelmingly enjoyed themselves amid the privacy.

Page Six reports that this isn’t the couple’s first romantic date night in London.
“On Thursday night, the stars were seen leaving Harold Pinter Theatre with British cinematographer and long-time collaborator of the singer, Rina Yang,” the outlet notes. They attended “Romeo & Juliet,” starring Sadie Sink of “Stranger Things” fame as Juliet.
The Power Couple Plans For an Exciting Wedding Day
GettyAt the moment, fans are eagerly anticipating news of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding day. So far, most details are under wraps. However, the couple reportedly sent their invitations out.
Although the power couple values their privacy, their wedding day is expected to be a large, elaborate affair.
“It is going to be next level. Think Charles and Di — this is America’s royal wedding,” an insider told The Sun.
However, the couple isn’t expecting any gifts from guests. In fact, they have requested guests make charitable donations instead of purchasing any presents.
“They don’t need anything. Between them, they have more than enough. So they decided — why not use this moment to help others?” an insider told Naughty or Nice.
The couple decided to forgo a wedding registry. Instead, they made a list of charities they feel passionately about.
“They’ve chosen causes that truly matter to them,” the insider continued. “Guests are being asked to donate instead of buying gifts.”
The insider went on to say that no one felt surprised by Taylor Swift’s request. In fact, her generosity is one of the reasons fans love her.
“This is the Taylor people know and love. She’s always been incredibly generous — quietly donating, supporting fans, helping people behind the scenes,” the insider added. They also noted that staff working the wedding could likely expect perks and bonuses as an expression of gratitude from the singer.
