Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce made their awards show debut on March 26 at the iHeartRadio awards, and in a sweet moment, Taylor made some rare public comments about her fiancé while accepting the awards for Pop Album of the Year, which she received for her October 2025 effort “The Life of a Showgirl.” The album sold over 6 million units in 2025 to become the year’s most commercially successful global album, as well as Taylor’s biggest-selling project to date.
When presenter Raye announced Taylor as the winner, Travis, who was seated in the front row at her side, jumped to his feet and waved his arms, beckoning the crowd to give her a standing ovation. She affectionately patted his chest before heading to the stage.

Taylor continued her speech by saying how happy she was to be in the presence of the audience, declaring they “clearly love music.” She then touched on the inspiration for “The Life of a Showgirl,” saying it was “really inspired by the energy I felt from the crowds, and seeing you guys and connecting with you every single night.” She described the album’s vibe as “happy, strong, and confident and free” before going on, “I wanna say thank you to the fans for giving me that feeling.” As Taylor took a pause to let the audience’s thunderous applause die down, the camera panned to a grinning Travis Kelce, who was still on his feet.
