“Bachelor” alum Susie Evans is sharing a personal family update—one that includes both a joyful milestone and a serious health challenge.
In a recent Instagram post, the internet personality revealed that her younger sister, Barbara, welcomed her first child, a baby girl named Beckett. The post featured a carousel of photos showing Evans with her newborn niece and family members gathering to celebrate the moment.
Alongside the happy news, Evans shared that her sister was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer during the final trimester of her pregnancy.

She described her sister’s labor as difficult, but said she had “never been more proud,” calling Barbara a fighter, reflecting on her resilience over the years.
Evans also shared that the cancer diagnosis came late in the pregnancy, describing it as a “shock and overwhelming,” especially given her sister is just 25 years old.
“Barbara has taught me so much before any of this part of her story happened and seeing her navigate this continues to inspire me,” Evans wrote. “I’m a proud big sister and auntie.”

According to Evans, her sister first had an ultrasound that did not raise concerns, but the mass doubled in size to 7 centimeters within a month. She explained that doctors proceeded with a biopsy due to the significant growth, which ultimately led to the diagnosis.
