On season 12 of “90 Day Fiancé,” Debby and Mido’s journey has had a large focus on Mido’s desire to become an actor in America. This dream for Mido has led to repeated requests for Debby to move to Los Angeles with him and essentially support him while he pursues an acting career.
In the preview for August 16’s episode, Debby’s son, Caden, finally makes his appearance. The preview available on Page Six shows that Caden has the same thoughts that viewers have been sharing online about Mido’s acting dream, commenting to Mido that becoming an actor in America is difficult at best. Caden says that people naturally want to commit their lives to what they love doing, but sometimes you have to step back and focus on making money to survive instead.
The Couples of Season 12 Keep Clashing, Including Mido and Debby
For Mido and Debby, Mido’s desire to live in Los Angeles and become an actor has been the source of tension for the couple, as moving and living in LA is expensive and Mido has made it clear in previous episodes that he’s not willing to take what the acting instructor calls survival jobs while searching for his big break.
Debby’s son isn’t the first person to voice concerns about Mido’s acting dream, as Debby’s daughter and friends have concerns about Mido’s sincerity towards Debby, wondering if he’s using her as a way to achieve his dreams.
Mido and Debby aren’t the only couple struggling with conflicting ideas for the future. Thomas and Paula have lifestyles that clash repeatedly. Rasit and Mallorie are on the verge of breaking up as not having children is a deal breaker for Rasit, and Mallorie isn’t sure she wants to have any children. Meanwhile, Catie wants to have an open marriage, but Josh is more interested in monogamy.
Annabelle and Shea seem to be in the best condition at this point in the season, as Annabelle and Allison have made amends. However, that might change based on the preview for the August 16 episode, where Annabelle is going to meet Shea’s second daughter for the first time.
Is Mido Actually Famous in Egypt?
This seems to be the question that viewers want answered, and a Reddit user actually conducted a deep dive on Mido to find that answer. It turns out that Mido doesn’t seem to be as famous in Egypt as he claims. His legal name is actually Mohamed Fayed, and the user on Reddit found that he’s made four television appearances and two movie appearances, none of which had him playing a main role.
Yahoo ran an article that also looks into Mido’s alleged fame, and this piece points out that the activity from Mido’s followers on Instagram seems strange, which the author suggests could mean that at least some portion of his followers are bots. However, there’s no definitive proof as to if this is the case or not, making it purely speculation at this point.
In other ’90 Day Fiancé’ news, Jovi and Yara may now have split up after an affair.
