Jana Duggar is now a mom!
The “Counting On” alum announced the sweet news in a joint Instagram post with her husband Stephen Wissmann.
“We took some time to settle into our new rhythm before sharing this sweet news 🤍 Archie Gerald Wissmann arrived on December 30, 2025, and our hearts have been completely changed,” the joint post read.
It added, “We’re soaking in these early days, full of love, wonder, and so much gratitude.”
In addition to the cute announcement, the couple shared three pictures of their new bundle of joy.

Her sister Jinger Vuolo wrote, “Ahhh we love Archie so much already and can’t wait to meet him!!”

Jana has been sharing her pregnancy journey on social media, as she would frequently post updates.
Just one month prior to Archie’s arrival she wrote, “The anticipation is building in our home! Can’t wait to meet this little guy!”
Jana & Stephen’s Relationship Timeline
The two ended up meeting years prior to actually becoming a couple.
They ended up reconnecting and Jana told PEOPLE that they finally decided to see if they could work as a couple.
“It was like, ‘What are we doing? We still enjoy each other. We still really appreciate each other,’” she said.
The two later tied the knot in August 2024 in a gorgeous ceremony in Arkansas.
“I had been a slower mover on it, but just over time, his character, his coming back, still loving me no matter what. I know we have a big crazy family and still kind of putting up with a lot of things. I’m like, my goodness, there are not too many people that do that. He must really, genuinely care about me,” she added at the time.The two announced that they would becoming first time parents in August 2025 in a sweet Instagram announcement.
“We are so excited, January 2026 is going to come with a little bundle of joy joining our family! We’re counting down the days and eagerly looking forward to this thrilling new chapter in our lives!” the couple wrote.
