A “Sister Wives” star is showing fans her amazing weight loss by slipping back into her wedding dress. TLC’s Mykelti Padron (formerly Brown), the daughter of Kody Brown and Christine Brown Woolley, shared side-by-side photos from her 2016 wedding and a recent try-on, revealing that her gown now hangs loosely on her nearly a decade later.

Mykelti Padron, who has been a familiar face on TLC’s “Sister Wives” since childhood, just shared inspiring photos and videos of her impressive weight loss. The reality star slipped into her 2016 wedding dress to show fans how much extra room she now has after hitting her fitness goals.
On Instagram, Padron shared a personal story of how her weight fluctuated after her wedding to her husband, Tony Padron. She shared a photo of herself on her wedding day, a photo wearing her dress while pregnant, and a current photo of how the dress fits incredibly loose on her.
“I pulled out my wedding dress just to try it on for fun. It fit perfectly on the day of my wedding. I tried it on in 2019, pre my first pregnancy, and it didn’t zip up even half way because of the weight I’d gained,” she wrote.
She added, “I tried it on during my pregnancy with the twins, it fit perfectly again! Now, there is a huge gap in the dress and it was barely staying up. I love that I got to feel like a princess again while I wore it!”
Padron also shared a TikTok video twirling in her gown, though she had to hold it up to keep it from slipping right off! Her husband, who took the video, can be heard stating, “There’ a lot of gap in there. Holy cow! That’s a couple inches for sure.” She then shares, while pulling her dress to showcase how much room she has, “This is what 100 pounds looks like.”
Padron has been sharing her weight loss journey with her fans. In February 2024, she revealed on Instagram that she had hit her fitness goal.

“Sister Wives” fans were impressed with Padron’s weight loss and how beautiful she looked in her 2016 wedding dress, despite it clearly being a bit big on her.
On Instagram, fans wrote comments like, “Each size was a different part in your life and you’re so beautiful in every one of those sizes!” Another comment read, “Beautiful then and now.”
“This is so cute- you were such a gorgeous bride! Now you’re a gorgeous wife and mama,” a fan shared.
On a second Instagram post that showed Padron twirling in her gown much like her TikTok post, her husband sweetly commented, “Dammmmm…. I can’t even tell you how fun and nostalgic this was.”
As fans can remember, the Padrons had their wedding televised on season 12 of “Sister Wives.” The couple welcomed three children, a daughter named Avalon in 2021, and twin sons, Archer and Ace, born in 2022.
