Heather Locklear and Lorenzo Lamas’ recently revealed surprise romance is still going strong, as the 90s icons made their first public appearance together at a fan convention on April 25, 2026.
Locklear, 64, and Lamas, 68, spent the day at the Chiller Theatre Expo in Parsippany, N.J., billed as the “world’s best horror, sci-fi, celebrity & collector convention.” Lamas, who rose to fame on “Falcon Crest” and “Renegade,” posted a pic of himself with his “Melrose Place” sweetheart, who had her arm wrapped around his waist, and organizers also shared a behind-the-scenes video of the couple arriving at the event together.

Surrounded by fans attending the event, Lamas and Locklear beamed in the photo that he tweeted with a caption that said, “Come out to see us http://chillertheatre.com today and tomorrow. Her last day at the con today. Till 7pm tonight. So many friends to visit as well! Hilton Parsnippany, NJ”
Earlier in the day, Chiller Theatre organizers posted a video (above) of Locklear and Lamas arriving at the event, being escorted through a behind-the-scenes hallway to enter a room full of fans waiting to get their autographs and snap a photo.
Fans were thrilled to see them together, including one who replied to Lamas’ tweet, “I love you both; what a beautiful couple”
Another wrote, “Well you make a good couple. A lot in common you’re both in the same business. Good luck to both of you.”
“Longtime fan of you both,” someone else tweeted. “You are gorgeous together. Wishing you both the best! Loving that you are together.”
Lamas and Locklear were among quite a few fellow 80s and 90s stars appearing at the event, including Mackenzie Phillips, Dyan Cannon, Chris Noth, and Linda Blair. Another video revealed their tables were set up next to each other.

The fan event marked Lamas and Locklear’s first public event since TMZ first reported on April 10 that they had been secretly dating for several months, publishing photos of the happy couple in Las Vegas on New Year’s Eve. The news broke one year after Locklear’s split from her fiancé and former high school sweetheart, Chris Heisser, and nine months after Lamas filed for divorce from his sixth wife.
When TMZ first reported on Lamas and Locklear dating, the outlet published photos of the duo at Barry’s Steakhouse in Las Vegas’ Circa Resort & Casino on New Year’s Eve, hanging out in the restaurant’s kitchen with Chef Barry Dakake. Not long after the pictures were published, a source confirmed to Page Six that Locklear and Lamas have been dating.
Though their romance may be relatively new, Locklear and Lamas have known each other for decades. On December 4, Lamas tweeted a throwback photo of them posing in swimsuits on the July 1983 cover of Playgirl, back when Locklear was starring on “T.J. Hooker” and “Dynasty.”
In mid-April, the couple brought their grown kids together for the first time at Locklear’s home in Thousand Oaks, California, according to TMZ.
Locklear shares 28-year-old daughter Ava Sambora with her ex-husband, former Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora. She and her first husband, former Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee, didn’t have any children together.
Lamas, meanwhile, has six kids and has been married six times, per TMZ; he and the late publicist Michele Smith had A.J. and Shayne, he and ex-wife Shauna Sand welcomed three daughters — Victoria, Isabella, and Alexandra — and he also shares daughter Paton with ex-girlfriend Daphne Ashbrook.
